Appartements condo à Station de métro Trinité - d'Estienne d'Orves

« Vrbo10/10Posted Jul 12, 2026Oliver was a great host and made himself available if we needed anything, though we didn’t, The apartment was well equipped and provided everything we needed and the location was great as it was near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. I would highly recommend this place for travelers. »

« Great location. Quiet side street, yet close to plenty of amenities: groceries, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the centre of town, if you’re a good walker (30 to 45 minutes). Very easy access to public transportation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need (hot plates & microwave for a few meals at home), but with all the restaurants close by you probably won’t want to do much of that. There is even a great...

« Un appartement haut de gamme dans un secteur où il fait bon vivre et prendre le rythme de la vie Parisienne. Près de plusieurs sites importants de la ville et à la fois très confortable et paisible. Un hôte des plus courtois et disponible!! Un séjour plus qu'agréable et dont nous gardons un excellent souvenir. »

« The apartment was clean, the host clearly communicated instructions and the location was incredibly convenient- close to the Parmentier metro stop so SUPER easy to travel around Paris. We felt very safe with the 4 parallel deadbolts securing the door. Loved being in the middle of a neighborhood. Highly recommend! »

« The apartment is very ideal for a visit to Paris. The apartment is nestled in the back of a courtyard on a rather quiet block in the 8th Arr just steps away from the Champs Elysee.Very clean, very beautiful interior. Natural sunlight. It’s very quiet so not recommended for people who are looking to be loud and or party. Check in and check out was rather simple. I had such a positive stay that I would absolutely come back again! Definitely recommend staying here. 100%. »

« Wonderful apartment in great neighborhood with easy access to metros, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. The owner met us at our arrival and showed us how to use the keys and codes to get in. He gave us an overview of the place and answered questions. He was easy to contact, but once there we had no reason to. The space was exceptionally clean. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, mainly for morning coffee and tea, but it is very well equipped. The main area - kitchen, table, desk - has...

« This is a comfortable apartment on the top floor of an older building, with big windows looking out over rooftops. Everything works as it is supposed to: the lift is small but reliable, the shower is strong with plenty of hot water, and the rooms were a comfortable temperature even as it was unusually cold outside. The WiFi worked well and the tv has streaming options. The bedroom is very quiet because it’s in the back and higher than what’s behind it. Located very close to two metro stations:...

« We were very comfortable in Olivier's lovely, spacious apartment. It's so convenient for all the places we wanted to visit in central Paris and surprisingly quiet. Check in and out was easy and Olivier was very helpful. We would definitely recommend. »

« Paris…SUPERBE! »

« This lovely studio is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops, bistros, and fantastic open air markets. There is convenient access to the Metro but the true delight is how walkable the neighborhood is, as well as offering proximity to many Paris highlights. The view onto the courtyard is very charming and the studio has everything you need to get you started out in the morning and to welcome you home in the evening. I will definitely stay here again! »

« Jätte bra läge nära Métro etc »

« Our family of four stayed here for 2 weeks in June, during the heat wave, coming from the US. Thankfully, the air conditioning works very well! I'd stay here again just for the air conditioning. But in addition, the space is bright, spacious, well-provisioned (cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, sheets, wifi), and very convenient (in terms of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, easy walk to sacre-coeur, subway access, elevator), and the host is responsive. I would definitely stay here again...

« We had a very nice day in this apartment. The apartment is spacious. Has everything needed for cooking. »

« Started here with my two adult daughters. We had a great stay. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. »
