Appartement à louer à Station de métro Porter Square

« Loved the place, comfy and spacious! Perfect for our stay, thank you! »

« Photos and description of this apartment were spot on. Only positive surprises! Like dish soap and dishwasher pods for clean up and subscriptions already setup to channels like YouTube and Netflix on the smart TV! Beds were super comfortable. Parking was easy. Location was the best! Neighborhood was safe and picturesque! I especially loved doing laundry down in the basement. Where I live in Texas we have no basements so that was a fun experience for me. I could imagine myself in one of...

« We stayed in the apartment for 2026 HOCR. We are very happy overall, everything was exactly as expected. Having designated parking was awesome. The place is within walking distance to Cambridge and Charles River. The Red Line is 20 minutes walk and the Green Line is 10 minutes walk.My only minor gripe is that there were only six forks which was only a problem since we were seven people. I imagine it is uncommon for seven people to stay in a one-bathroom apartment regardless of how many people it...

« Excellent stay, great location, easy to communicate with the host. The only feedback I’d have are small things, and they in no way took away from the quality of the stay, they could only increase the quality slightly. There didn’t seem to be any oven kits in the kitchen, and we did use the oven once to heat up food. Having some black out curtains would also be nice, the rooms can get pretty light and the privacy blinds didn’t do much to block light, only dissipate it. A few more hooks to hold...

« Absolutely lovely stay! Due to some flight issues we weren’t able to enjoy our stay for as long as planned but Mikkie was so lovely and accommodating. The house is absolutely adorable and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great as well. The property is perfect for a couple. Would definitely come back again. »

« The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and stocked with plenty of thoughtful amenities. My only suggestion is to clearly state in the listing that it is a basement apartment. It would also be a great improvement to add soundproofing to the ceiling, as we could hear the people upstairs walking around and making noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. »

« Was surprised to be on the 2nd floor. Amenities were fantastic! The place was great. Parking instructions were clear enough, but the people next door were moving and got a city permit to claim 2 parking spots on the right hand side of the street. We parked on the right hand side on the same street but on the other side of the intersection and got a 50 parking ticket. Not our host’s fault. Parking is an issue in that area. »

« Very nice place. Thank you for making it pleasant »

« If I could give this property a ten star rating, I definitely would! My family and I found the rooms to be quite spacious and very clean. The wood floors were beautifully stained and the appliances were very modern. I almost forgot to mention how comfortable the beds were. I thought I was sleeping on a cloud! This home felt like the "intersection" of Victorian charm and modern day luxury. On top of that, the home was well furnished with tissue, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The property...

« This is a good unit for its price. The issue was that the front door did not really lock and when the other unit hosted a huge party, we found people pushing our door open and wandering in. We ultimately barricaded the door with furniture, but it really was a problem. »

« Lovely large apartment, comfortably and appealingly furnished, with a great selection of books and games that give it a very homey feel. Anne is very welcoming and accommodating. Just a few steps from Harvard Square, away from the bustle but super conveniently close to everything. A perfect place for our stay during Harvard commencement week. »

« Located in a community minded neighbourhood, close to transport, restaurants, pub and supermarkets. A great location to seamlessly explore the beautiful city of Boston. Very clean, good amenities and well priced. »

« This place was a delight! It was super clean and comfy. All of the rooms were spacious: we could have staged a square dance in the living room! There is a countertop fancy toaster oven in the kitchen to take the place of a larger appliance. About a 12-15 minute walk to Tufts. And, the neighborhood is full of bakeries and coffee shops, and ice cream too! Marcela checked in daily, AND let me drop my bags early which was helpful. It felt like home. »

« To be honest or stay at this home was just OK. The price that we paid seemed very high for what we got. First of all, we arrived to find another vehicle, parked in the driveway, which we couldn’t use. It was a very warm day and the air-conditioning inside the place was shut off so it took several hours for it to get cool. The listing did not mention that the place was the second floor of a building which we had to access by climbing a narrow stairway with low ceilings. Since we were traveling...

« I was told the property was like living the New England experience, older and crowded. Property clean, host had excellent communication. No complaints. »

« We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

« Great neighborhood! Great space inside, well stocked, very clean and the parking was such a great benefit. The host communicated promptly, we really enjoyed our stay. Enough space for the whole family, just need to be aware there are people living above and sound travels but they were friendly we had no problems. »

« The unit was listed as "sleeps 5". However the owner advised me that the unit would only sleep 4, and asked why would I think it slept 4 if there were only two bedrooms, to which I replied that I assumed it must have a sleeper sofa or murphy bed that would accommodate the 5th person that the listing said it would accommodate. Unfortunately at this point in time the period for cancellation had already passed. The owner asked me to pay an additional 35 and he would provide an air mattress for...
