« Appartement agréable et correspondant au descriptif. Lits en 160 cm et matelas de qualité. Appartement à 10 mn de la ligne de métro orange à pieds (station Lionel Groulx) donc très pratique pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Montréal ou d'autres quartiers. »

« Julian was very accommodating and quick to respond! The place was a little bare, but perfectly fit our groups' needs for our long weekend stay. I do agree with a previous review that the front door lock felt flimsy, but we didn't feel unsafe staying here. Overall, would stay again with a large group. »

« The location is great. Close to a metro station so it is easy to het downtown. There are great dinning options. There is also the canal right by and marche Atwater. Love the neighborhood. We were there on a weekend and it was a little noisy. Not quite as nice as in the pictures, and does not feel very homy. »

« Confortable et propre, hôte super réactive. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, télé et wifi, super proche du métro et des grandes artères, épiceries, stations service et pharmacie. Un peu bruyant dans la chambre en raison de la proximité de la rue mais rien que des bons bouchons ne peuvent régler. Endroit sécuritaire! »

« Very small space for 4 people , which is what is listed for .. The livingroom is even small for 3 people which was how big my group was. It would do for a sleepover not long stay... It looks like it is in an industrial area with spare car shops around you and old cars .. There are grocery stores within a walking distance but thats about it .. Most of the things , you have to use the bus and or metro for everything. You are expected to do your own cleaning of the unit , take garbage out to the...

The host was very kind and moved me to the third floor, with more space, which was unexpected and great. « Hôtel idéalement situé pour nos besoins dans le Quartier des Spectacles. L'accueil a été rapide et courtois. Nous avons été réveillés par un petit chien qui jappe dans une chambre adjacente, puis par le camion à déchets qui passe à 7h le lundi matin. Air climatisé bruyant mais la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Somme toute, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le quartier. »
