« The host was great - responded very quickly to questions both before and during our stay! It was below zero outside the whole weekend, and the heat worked well, no issues! Very cozy condo. Also, great wireless and hot water/water pressure. Both bathrooms were especially nice. I recommend backpacks or shoulder bags for carrying luggage up the back spiral stairs from your car (nice to have a parking spot). Also, note the back stairs are to the right of the parking spot when facing the building....

« Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du parc Mont-Royal et des transports. En cas de soucis, notre interlocutrice répond rapidement. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le lave-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cela devrait être réparé pour les prochaines locations. Il serait bien de faire le nécessaire pour éviter les fourmis car nous avons dû entreposer la nourriture dans le frigo. »

Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. « The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. »
