« Great condo near metro and shops! Comfortable beds. Host very quick and helpful at responding to questions. Previous reviews were helpful so we brought my son's smaller car so had no problem with the parking. We also brought coffee, tea, etc. since kitchen didn't have much. »

« The space looks exactly how it does in the photos! It’s perfect for two people and very close to the metro. It’s walkable distance from Old Port to Mount Royal, so it was the perfect location with amazing food spots close by. Olga was an amazing host and would highly recommend for people to stay here. She was quick to reply, especially when we locked ourselves out of the condo haha. Thank you for letting us stay here again! »

« The property was great and as advertised. Everything was neat and tidy. The location is fantastic. It would have been great if there was a 2nd shower (for those times we needed to get cleaned up and make a dinner reservation). :) Our host was very accommodating and helpful. »

La terrasse est un vrai plus (à chaque fois que nous avons pris nos repas à l'appartement, nous avons profité avec bonheur de cette terrasse). Réjean est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l'écoute, qui nous a donné tous les bons plans de son quartier et qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. »

« This property was the most well appointed property I have ever stayed in. It had every refinement and convenience you would need. From the electric shades to the sound system. The household products were perfect. When we arrived at the condo, it had soft lighting and was spotless. »

« The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback. »

« We loved this vacation home. It was an easy walk to restaurants, Bixi bikes, coffee shops and even a small grocery store. Also, the apartment was well appointed for all our needs. We lacked for nothing. If we come back to Montreal, we would stay here again in a heartbeat . »

« A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful...

« The location was fantastic for us to discover Montreal. The host was very accommodating to us during our stay. We had a great time. »

« We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property! »

« L'emplacement dans Montréal est super, la vue est magnifique, l'appartement est un peu étroit une fois les valises à l'intérieur mais cela n'a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour et de visiter Montréal ! Merci pour tout. »
