Appartement à louer à Station de métro Grands Boulevards

« Super bien situé »

« Did an earthquake occur in this area? The foundation of the entire apartment seemed to have cracked and left doorframes uneven, floors slanted, and drywall splitting. The ceilings have full cracks in them. Doors wouldn’t shut. We were unsure if it was safe to stay in this apartment, nor use the balcony confidently. The entire place was rather antiseptic, lacked charm, and has steel poles holding the front door and entry way up. Great neighborhood, but genuinely, was there an earthquake here? »

« Perfect location! Slept like a rock! Close to everything. A/C was so refreshing! Would stay again :) »

« On as passé une tres agréable week-end dans cette superbe appartement ! »

« Tout simplement parfait! Emplacement, qualité de l'appartement, propreté. Réserver sans hésitations. »

« This is a nice place to stay. The location is excellent. Picking up the keys from the nearby hotel is a mild hassle but works fine. The apartment is slightly dated but I think the location makes up for it. »

« The location is great . Rue des canettes is very lively but the apartment is very quiet. We would return for sure. »

« This was a great place for my family to stay during our week in Paris. Great location that is central but not touristy. Joelle and Livio were fabulous hosts. Very flexible and communicative during our whole stay checking up on us and making sure we did t need anything. Great week in a beautiful city. »

« It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator up to the 5th floor. But the location was excellent. I would rent the property again ang again. »

« Terrific location with walking access to busses and trains. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Musee D'Orsay. Rue Cler had cafe's and shops, right outside the door. Very clean and well worth the price! »

« The apartment sits at the perfect location in the heart of the city with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. The space is nice and perfect for a few people. I would absolutely stay here the next time that I visit Paris. »

« Small accommodation; very cramped for more than two people. In need of deep clean and modernizing eg windows, curtains. Noisy neighbourhood with banging doors through the night, sirens and helicopter overhead. Adjacent road is red light district. Many broken windows in shops/eateries following riots so dirt and mess everywhere. Intimidating and not great if you have young children. Metro close by so convenient for rest of city. »

« Bel appartement, spacieux et très bien placé (10-15 min à pied du Louvre et de Notre Dame). Quartier animé avec plein de bars et restaurants. Idéal pour un WE à Paris. Retrait et dépôt de clés ultra simple. Je recommande ! »

« I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. These are essentials, not luxuries, especially...
