Une fois compris le système de ferry (un billet parking pour la voiture à 5km de la traverse près de la route 1, 2 billets d'autobus-ferry),très belle auberge style Nouvelle-Angleterre début 1900,calme et très propre avec personnel sympathique et belle vue sur un bras de mer.La brise marine fraîche fut bien appréciée en cet été très chaud. « An ideal home away from home at our most favorite place in Maine. Plenty of extra touches to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. « Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend. »
