« This property isn't large, but was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway for my husband and me. The owners were extremely responsive, and provide you with all of the kitchen/bathroom essentials that you need. The condo was very clean, in walking distance to shops/restaurants/the pier, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. We look forward to renting here again in the future! »

« As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum. »

« While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. The location was perfect, about 8 mins to walk to the center of OOB (Palace Playland) but quiet enough to enjoy the beach with plenty of space around you. « I stayed here for 2 weeks between leases and couldn't have made a better choice. I love Camp Ellis and this was the best location for walking to the beaches, jetty, and fishing pier. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything that I needed. I live in Portland now, but I may come back some time just to enjoy the Camp Ellis atmosphere.
