« L’hôtel est vraiment agréable ! Chambre moderne et confortable, très bien équipée, avec une literie excellente et tout le nécessaire pour une semaine. L’accueil est top, le personnel est arrangeant et propose de garder les bagages, et nous avons même pu avoir notre chambre plusieurs heures à l’avance.

« Horrible. Hôtel très bruyant. Le plancher grince énormément. Nous avons eu l’impression que les gens au dessus faisait du trampoline et ce pendant toutes les nuits de notre séjour au point que nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel pour la fin de nos vacances. Après plusieurs réclamations à la réception( 1h00am, 3h00am et 8h00am) car ce cirque durait depuis 3 nuits déjà le personnel a rien voulu faire et était d’une très mauvaise fois. ( Greg ).

« Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel. »

« Hôtel très bien situé prêt du métro ligne D ( arrêt 9ieme avenue) qui va en 30 mins a Manhattan, proche du sunset park. Très bien pour des courts séjours de voyage a NY. Les chambres sont simples et confortables. Attention, proche du métro donc bruit assez important ( comme dans tout NY) a prendre en compte , prévoir les boules quiès.
Petit déjeuner simple , la salle n'est pas pas grande donc vite remplie. Globalement rapport qualité prix bon »

« The rooms on the street side were incredibly noisy 24 hours a day, and I really do not understand why they can be booked. I just could get a few hears of sleep, but I was always woken up by the trafic noise. I was lucky to be able to move backyards the following night.
The breakfast is really not good, and the day staff did not make me welcome (maybe they were tired and it was a bad week for them?).
It was not a pleasant experience.
