« The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. « A well run apartment hotel, with helpful staffs, and well located. The hotel is close by to the elevated metro station from the airport ( the station for the hotel is Victory monument) Nearby is a large shopping center with many’s restaurants - next to it is an excellent evening street food market. Paula, the manager, is exceptionally caring and kind person. »

« This "hotel" is more of an extended stay place or an "aparthotel" meaning it has a fridge, sink, and microwave. The place wasn't in good shape. There were bugs in the room, the shower drain was clogged and it was an odd experience overall staying there. There was a note in the shower to cover the drain when not in use to prevent a sewage smell. Hm. The building itself appears to be a converted office building. « Un appart-hotel de petite taille, très bien situé entre les avenues SIlom et Sathorn. Les appartements ont un salon-cuisine et une chambre et sont très grands et confortables. L'imeuble est un peu en retrait de la rue et très calme. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le mobilier est un peu ancien et pas toujours en très bon état, mais le rapport qualité-prix est très bon pour le quartier. A recommander ! »
