« Clean room and friendly staff »

« Had to pay for parking didn't let us know before booking. Had to wait 45mins before check-in due to having one staff. »

« We noticed the smell of smoke in the elevator and hallway. The room was ok but the TV didn't work and there was no information on the hotel or surrounding area. Not even a number for the front desk. I went downstairs to request a different room which we got quickly. The TV worked that night but not the next morning! At breakfast the coffee was from a push button machine and it was terrible. The breakfast was pretty good but a microwave would have been useful. The hotel is definitely showing...

« We arrived at Country Inn and for 2nights were please in general, by the beautiful hall! Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help!
