"Vineyard Villa" - Incredible Location & Amenities, Spiderman Themed Kids Room

"Vineyard Villa" is an unique rental for 2 main reasons...Location & Amenities. Centrally located right off I-77 & I-40, near all the shopping & next door to Hazy Red Vineyard. You will not find many rentals in such a good location.

Sleeping a total of 11 people, if using sleeper sofa, this property also has a fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, grill & Spiderman themed kids room. 3 4k TV's in home with comfortable leather theater recliners in living room. Enough parking for 6 vehicles.
The space
OUTSIDE HOME:
* You will find the home located right next to Hazy Red Vineyards. There is a concrete and gravel driveway for you to be able to fit up to 6 vehicles and even a large camper if needed. You will see a beautiful 2 story home with cedar shutters, red door and porch with 2 red rocking chairs.
* Backyard has a back deck with a few chairs and BBQ grill with propane and grilling supplies provided. Behind back deck is a fire pit with comfortable seating. Wood is not provided but can be purchased nearby at local gas stations.

INSIDE HOME:

Main Floor:

As you walk into the front door you will have the ability to go left into the living room, right into the dining room/kitchen or straight into a half-bath & laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

The Living Room has a large 3 seat leather couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa (extra sheets, pillows located in laundry room). There are also 3 leather power recliners made for theator rooms. A large 65 inch 4k Roku TV with a BlueRay Player is hooked up over the fireplace (for show only...any fires need to be made outside in firepit).

The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is also a moron where 3 more people are able to seat. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough plates, glasses, silverware for 11 people. There is a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven. There are also many smaller appliances like Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, Ninja Blender & more. Pots, pans, baking sheets, spices, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, cutting board, strainers, mixing bowls and more are located in this stocked kitchen.

The laundry room also includes an iron, ironing board, laundry detergent & dryer sheets.

Second Story:

As you walk upstairs you will see 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. To the right are 2 smaller bedrooms. One is a Spider-man themed bedroom with 3 twin bed/bunk bed. There are some board games in the closet, 4k Roku TV & BlueRay Player in the kids room. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a very comfortable Dyonery 14 inch King Mattress with 4 high quality pillows of various firmness.

There is a full bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer in hallway to be used by 2 bedrooms to the right.

To the left is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, 4k Roku TV w/ BlueRay Player, 2 closets & a full bathroom with tub/shower.
