« Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. »

« The room had a funny smell, walls were dirty, shower had dark mold or mildew surrounding tub, in and out, tub held water due to warp, and rings could be seen in these puddles. Toilet lid was barely attached to toilet. I would have tried to tighten it myself, however there was brown residue around this area. The sheets on the bed dis appear clean though. »

« The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing. »
