« The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing. »

The kitchen was also improperly stocked. The deck is a safety hazard! This unit has considerable “wear and tear” with no visible attempts to bring it back up the standard for the price paid. « I had surgery at the Optim Orthopedics center. Our stay at "Cypress" Cottage was within walking distance of the center. Very clean cottage and everything was in good working order. Would recommend this little compound to anyone who has the need to stay in the area. »
