The Space:

Inside, the open layout keeps the common areas seamlessly connected, creating a natural gathering point. The dining table seats 6, while the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and the essentials for preparing meals. A Black & Decker 12-cup drip coffee maker is also available for a fresh cup of coffee to start the day. Just beyond, the spacious living room features a large L-shaped couch arranged around the indoor fireplace, while a smart TV with cable is available for evening entertainment.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.



Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom 2 includes a king-size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom 3 offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom 4 features a queen-size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, with 1 bathroom on each floor. Each bathroom features a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer are available in the home.

- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the lot. Spaces are not designated, and vehicles must be parked in the parking lot only. A parking pass is required and must be displayed on the dashboard.

- This home is pet-friendly. An additional pet fee of $50 per pet applies and is not included in the total booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

- This home is equipped with (2) exterior Ring system security cameras: (1) is located at the front door and monitors the front entryway and (1) is located in the hallway and monitors the elevator exit, stairs, and entry to the unit.
