The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. You are conveniently located near the following places:
- Kayak Point (7 min)
- Camano Island (20 min)
- Marysville/Everett (25-32 min)
- Seattle ( 1hr 15 min)
- Arlington (25 min
I recommend ride sharing platform like Uber and Lyft.
There is also a nearby bus stop a short walk away.
- There is parking in front of the house. Please do not block any of the neighbors driveways.
- There are steps that lead to front door.
- In order to book this property, a waiver must be signed.
- This house has 2 private bedrooms. The master suite is the entire second floor which is a semi private open loft with a master bathroom and office space. (see photos)
- Lake Martha is a quiet lake and is great for fishing and kayaking. (no motor boats or jet skies allowed)
- Quite hours: from 10pm-8am
- No shoes inside the house please
- No parties, events, or large gatherings whatsoever. A $2,000 charge will be made to your account if you have a party or event. Your reservation will be canceled, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
OUTSIDE GUESTS:
We want you to have a goodtime and relax during your time at the lake! We understand that you may wish to invite family members or friends during the day to visit you at the property and enjoy the lake. Unfortunately, unregistered day guests on our property are not covered under your Airbnb/VRBO insurance. If you wish to have a few day visitors (limited to 5 guests), please reach out to us first. If we approve your request, your guests will be required to fill out a waiver and Release of Liability form upon arrival, which will be provided to you.
- No unauthorized overnight guests: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
- Please be mindful of our neighbors and our peaceful environment that everyone would like to enjoy. Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.
- No oversized commercial vehicles allowed in driveway. The lower driveway is where the drain field is and is not intended for parking. There should be space for 4 cars max in the driveway. Please do not park any other cars over this amount. Please do not park in the neighbors driveways or block their cars.
- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house, guest will be fined $500 for breaking our no smoking policy.
- The house is not child friendly so parents should be extra cautious and supervise their children at all times.
- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions. If the replacement cost of replacing certain items exceeds the damage deposit, we will contact you to arrange payment before involving the listing platforms or insurance companies.
- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.
Check-In & Verification:
For your security and convenience, guest verification and check-in details are managed through Enso Connect, our trusted digital check-in platform. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or text with a secure Enso link to complete a quick ID verification and guest portal setup.
