It advertises parking for one car, then check-in instructions say it’s 2 hour street parking that isn’t enforced, so there’s no dedicated space. The other problem is there is no one local to help if there’s an issue- all communication is done remotely, and in 2 cases, answers were incorrect. »

« I've stayed here twice now. I feel the first time was more enjoyable. This time was last minute, booked four day the morning of a 5pm check in time, so the host was accommodating but we felt they weren't quite ready for us. Dishes were dirty, water in the shower looked like the pipes were rusty. Ran orange. Only got one towel for the two of us, even after requesting a second one. They seemed to be doing some sort of construction or something. So there was quite a bit of loud noise and people...

« All of the above. Really was impressed by the friendly welcoming staff & the ease of staying in a clean & comfortable place. The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa »

« Normally I get hotel rooms. I could never afford a hotel room as good as this Air-B&B. Everything worked, it was as large as a single bedroom apartment, it IS cleaner and nicer than any other place I stayed in. While I didn’t stay there my daughter did. It was the best place she ever stayed at. »

« Very tall elegant historic room. Lovingly cared-for. No TV was a surprise initially but it allowed to finish reading a great book I bought at the bookstore a block away. Wonderful coffee shop downstairs with great views of the water. »

The curtains are not darkening and the hallway light remains on all night which made sleeping in challenging. There was a long dark hair in the freshly made bed. The only heat source is from the bathroom. Only good thing was the location - right downtown and very walkable. »
