« Our Hosts were wonderful and made sure that we had a very enjoyable experience. We only went to Stanthorpe for one night away from home, but it was a great for us to enjoy such hospitality. The common areas had Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate available to use unrestricted. We could get comfortable and relax. This is something a B and B offers above a motel room. « The house itself was unexpectedly good. It exceeded our expections. It was clean and they pretty much provided everything except the bedsheets had a noticeable odor. And the exterior property (front side) felt a bit unsafe and cluttered with scattered metal and debris. Apart from that, it was a good stay. Nice view at the fenced back with wallabies and goats. There was a heater which was very helpful during winter. And there was a fireplace on the side of the house but too bad we didn't have an...

« We stayed two nights recently with our Labrador/Goldie cross dog at the Girraween Country Inn. To find pet friendly accomodation is rare and to live up to the expectation is even rarer. Hayden and Josh provided the perfect, old fashioned service to all three of us. They went out of their way to accomodate us and brought dinner up to the landing so we could have our dog with us.The room was clean and comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. And the food: it was well beyond what you...

« We had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The fairy lights outside were a really nice touch and made the place feel cosy in the evenings. It was also great to find somewhere that welcomed dogs. If you’re travelling with a pet, just keep in mind there’s not a lot of indoor space and no undercover outdoor area, which could make things a little tricky if it’s raining. The property is quite secluded, which is perfect if you’re looking for peace...
