« For the price this should be a 5 star accomadation. I would say that it needs torn down and rebuilt. »

« The property was very clean and pet friendly! Great value for the money! »

« I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. « We loved the cottage. It's on beautiful property. Made us feel at home. Kitchen well supplied. Because I'm in my 70's, I had a hard time figuring out where to enter the access code. My kids would have had no problems. There were a number of things near the door and it took me a while to figure it out. That's probably on me, but you could mention where to enter the code. »

« The owner is great, and easy to understand and work with, he makes sure you like everything before you stay and genuinely, for the price you can’t beat it, it’s not a 5 star resort but it is clean and most importantly, no bugs at all!!! 10 outta 10 highly recommend! »

« This was an amazing place to stay! »

« Cute, updated home with plenty of space for our family of three adults. The host was quick to respond to inquiries. »

« This was a great house to stay in for a quick trip to Martinsville-- Plenty of space and a great kitchen for cooking. There were three bedrooms (all with double or larger beds) and one bathroom. Easy to check in and great set up. Thanks! »

« Great communication and checking to ensure all was well. »

« We loved the property! Great location to all that we were doing while in the area! Would stay here again. We would like to suggest since we are older folks with limited tech savvy, please leave a list of what each remote does. There were so many it was over whelming! Other than the TV we never figured out what the others did especially the ones in the bathrooms. Also we had never seen those types of bathroom mirrors and could not figure out how to dim or turn off the three lights on the mirror...
