« This motel was amazing. It was clean, quiet, had everything a person could need. The owner, Frank, welcomed us and explained how things worked in the room. They have a nice firepit area as well. We felt safe and were well rested for our next days travel. »

« The owners/staff at the Carolina Motel were friendly and helpful. There weren't a lot of upgrades but they weren't needed because everything was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Since it isn't a huge hotel, it was nice being able to keep my curtains and door open while I was in the room, simply enjoying the outdoor space as well. Coffee was available in the mornings but I rated the amenities as average because there wasn't water in the swimming pool. »

« You can tell the rooms have not seen a good clean in years. We had the discussion if we even wanted to sleep there upon entering the room. I have to question the good reviews of this place since it did not reflect the reality. »

« Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again. »
