« I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night...

« The patio breakfast area was GREAT! The parking was awful, very limited spaces and extremely tight parking spaces. Several cars did not have the dash parking pass that we were required to pay for with our hotel room. »

« Our room was very clean. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My kids absolutely loved the pool. I personally love the fact that the pool is warm and not freezing cold! This was a A+ stay and hopefully we will be back to visit in the future! »

« There was a slow drain in the bathroom told the front desk nobody came to check on it hopefully it will be fixed for the next guest the ice machine had no ice had to go to a different floor for that and the breakfast preparer had a late start had to wait on it luckily breakfast ended at 10. Lastly the suite looked something like the room it appeared much smaller than the listing on the internet »
