« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »

« I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning...

« Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...

« La chambre etait parfaite. L'hotel est dans un endroit tres calme, c'est tres appréciable. Par contre, notre badge pour le parking (option payante) n'a pas fonctionné en pleine nuit donc nous avons été facturé alors que la voiture est restée dans la rue !!! L'accuiel nous a dit que ça arrivait parfois !! »

« Similar to Wentworth hotel a bit to the east along A44, dated and worn rooms with dated shared facilities. Location quite good for dining options and Sydney Olympic Village which is why it gets a 3 and not a 2. Hotel had a bar and restaurant. Bar noise wasn’t a problem at night. Cleanliness okay but not great. »
