The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. « We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own...

« We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in point pleasant! The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. The villa itself has amazing views, comfortable bed, and is furnished with everything we needed. Really appreciated the access to beach chairs and a cooler to borrow as well! »
