  • La maison de plage est une propriété unique sur St. Thomas. Si l'intimité est ce que vous recherchez, la maison de plage est l'endroit idéal pour vous. Cette magnifique propriété est située à 40 pieds au-dessus du niveau de la mer, sur trois acres avec 700 pieds de rivage où un escalier en bois vous mène à une petite plage complètement isolée.

    Lorsque vous êtes calme, la plongée en apnée et la plongée sont parmi les plus vierges de l'île. Lorsque la mer est agitée, vous pouvez vous baigner dans le bain à remous ou profiter de la chaleur sur l'immense pont pendant que vous regardez et profitez du surf. Une vie en bord de mer parfaite!

    La maison de plage est l'endroit idéal pour célébrer votre mariage, écrire un livre, peindre un paysage marin ou simplement vous détendre et profiter de vacances en famille incroyables et amusantes.

    La maison de plage se compose d'une maison principale avec deux chambres et d'un cottage indépendant pittoresque de trois chambres.


    À proximité de choses amusantes à faire: visiter la magnifique baie de Magen est à 20 minutes en voiture
    Pour atteindre l'extrémité est de st. Thomas et les ferrys pour st. John, c'est à environ 30-35 minutes en voiture.
    Le centre-ville est à seulement 15-20 minutes.

    Mariages, fêtes ou grands rassemblements: la maison de plage pourra accueillir jusqu'à 50 personnes. Toutes les tables, couverts, porcelaine, vaisselle et verrerie de l'événement doivent être loués ou fournis par votre traiteur. Nous devons avoir des détails sur tous les plans bien avant l'événement, y compris le personnel de mariage et / ou les personnes de restauration qui seront à la villa pour votre fonction. Les clients seront tenus entièrement responsables des dommages, des articles manquants et seront facturés si leur traiteur / chef ne termine pas un nettoyage complet de la propriété à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, y compris l'élimination de toutes les ordures de la propriété de la villa.

    Conditions d'annulation: si vous annulez plus de 45 jours avant votre date d'arrivée, 80% de votre dépôt total et paiement anticipé vous seront remboursés et 20% seront conservés à titre de dommages-intérêts de liquidation. Si vous annulez dans les 45 jours suivant la date d'arrivée, vous perdrez l'intégralité de l'acompte et les dommages / acompte de réservation. Le départ anticipé ne garantit aucun remboursement de loyer ou de caution. Si nous sommes en mesure de relouer la villa à un autre client, 80% de votre argent de location vous sera restitué pour les nuits réservées.

The entire stay was fantastic more than we expected from a vrbo. We took 8 people and didnt use one of the rooms and had tons of space. The secluded beach was so private and perfect but be prepared for a bit of a hike down the stairs. Def rent a jeep the road is rough getting to the vrbo but totally worth it. Ac in all the rooms so temp was comfortable a the time nice kitchen and lots of living room space for family time.

We had a lovely time! The property manager, Lisa, is the best. She really bends over backwards to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. Make sure you rent a four-wheel-drive vehicle though because the access is a little tricky, but it’s very private and quiet and beautiful.

We absolutely loved this place. It was just my husband and I we really enjoyed how secluded it was. The private beach was beautiful and we will definitely be back with our family.

It was perfect. We loved the option to cook, grill, eat outside on the large deck, enjoy a jacuzzi soak or a beach swim. Everything you need is on site. I would highly recommend this rental. I would also recommend a jeep or suv to explore the island.

Wonderful experience at Carey Bay

The property was as advertised and had everything we needed and more. The beach and deck were amazing. The kitchen had everything to make meals at the house and enjoy the deck which we often did rather than going out. The island was beautiful but the property had so much to offer we often opted to stay at the house and enjoy it! It was a great vacation - thank you for sharing your home with us!

Just super cool. You can spend far too much time and energy getting packed and ready to go to a nice beach, or you can simply walk down a couple flights of steps at the Beach house. Five bedrooms gives you plenty of room to bring everybody and the kitchen at this property is outstanding. Literally being immersed in the jungle the sounds at night from the frogs and insects I feel is awesome. ( We hail from rural Pennsylvania, so we kind of enjoy this kind of thing. ) Some people had issues with the drive in, but we personally had none. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind the seclusion or can survive with a minimum amount of pampering. The owner and manager were responsive and helpful, although we are low maintenance and didn't really require any assistance. Again, the ocean, the deck, all of the space makes for an incredible good time! We will and cannot wait to return again.

We loved the beach house!!!

The house managers were so wonderful to us, we had so many problems getting there with the flight cancellations they helped us out every way they could, we were so impressed they went above and beyound for us. The house was completely amazing we didnt want to leave, it was such a relaxing oasis all to ourselves. The house was fully stocked with everything you need and very clean. We would definately love to return. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The Beach House is beautiful!! All the amenities come with the house were such a bonus and we enjoyed very much!! We are 2 families(8people total, 4 kids age between 9-18) and the house was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The road to get there is tough with very narrow, sharp turns, and going down the steep hill. Our husbands were born and raised in St.Thomas so they are accustomed to the roads on St.Thomas but to get to this house, you need good newer tires and possibly 4x4 such as Jeep. We rented a Jeep but it still skidded at a couple points of the road. We were glad it was overall sunny days and we didn’t have to drive down or up in rain. It could have been tricky driving down in the rain. Our other family rented Nissan kicks and he is a great driver but it was skidding a lot. So just be aware! Host and manager are good communicators and the important information are at the house too. The House was clean and all the beds were so comfortable that we all commented next day! AC worked great though we didn’t use the AC in the main bathroom. We also didn’t use Hot tub but it is a big tub outside if anyone wants to use it. Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Great property but tough drive

The property has mostly private beach until the last day someone walked down the rugged path. You will need to rent a jeep to get there because the roads are very rough. Enjoyed the sunsets from the beach and deck. The house came with everything essential and I would recommend to pay for the groceries delivered instead of making the trip on the first tiring day. Lisa came and helped us several times for WiFi , grill etc. Overall we enjoyed the stay at the beach house.

This house is an incredible place to stay! There are a few things to know when you book it. An SUV/Jeep is highly recommended due to the rugged access road. Any car with low clearance may get damaged. Make sure you drop a pin so you can navigate the private road to the property- it’s one way in & out. That’s also the best part of staying here. The deck is 30 ft above the ocean with an unobstructed view. It’s completely private with steps leading to its own small beach. No one in sight & only ocean waves for sound. Yet, it had all the modern conveniences-wi-if, AC, hot tub, huge outdoor eating and hangout areas, a guest house, 3.5 baths, outdoor showers, ice, icepacks, coffee makers, Smart TVs, cooler, beach towels, coded locks, security gate, Moes grocery a few minutes away & a property manager that’s extra attentive! Loved the location and the character of this home and would rent here again. Bring binoculars!

Wonderful Stay at the Beach House

Everyone in our family is busy with their own lives, but our stay at the beach house gave us the opportunity to all be in one place and enjoy our time together. Memories made at the beach house.... Kayaking from the beach snorkeling off of the beach eating dinner together on the deck which looks out over the ocean laying on the lounge chairs at night looking at the starry nights. The property manager, Lisa was awesome. She met us at the airport and showed us to the house. She made herself available ( Cell phone) if we needed anything!! On our next trip to St. Thomas, we will stay here again!

Excelleent...once you got there

The property and furnishing were terrific. Everything was first rate. There was nothing lacking, linens, electronics, dishes... all was splendid. (One exception -- the ice maker did not work). The outdoor shower was at first a little off putting, but it was just fine.after realizing that privacy was total. Access to the property was another matter. To say access was difficult is a complete understatement. Given the location on the side of a mountain, it might not be surprising, but you really need to endure great fear in getting to the property. I have driven in difficult terrains, but this was the most over the top experience of my life.

Post chemo celebration

The most amazing part was the beach access. It was great to go down to the water for an hour or two everyday and walk back up. There was plenty of beach toys and gear for our use. We didn't have to pack up all our gear, park and fight for a spot at the popular beaches. The outdoor showers are wonderful! We were a group of 7 and it was nice everyone had their own space but could come together in the main house. We had an all wheel drive Kia Sorento with an experienced off- road driver and we managed the road just fine. An all wheel drive is necessary to navigate the road. The hot tub is perfect to watch the sunset. The balcony has amazing views and the house is secluded and quiet. The house manager Lisa was helpful with all our needs. There is a generator for the frequent power outages. It was an amazing vacation for everyone!!

The Beach House is ideal for people who want to go and stay isolated and not go exploring he island. I recommend using the delivery service so you do not have to get out. The drive from the main road to the house is pretty intense, and a little overwhelming. I also do not recommend for people that may have issues getting up and down stairs. Main toilet in main house broke on our 1st morning, the maintenance man didn't make it until later the next evening. I understood that you will have bugs due to the location and landscape around but we had major issues with ants or something similar getting in all our food. We couldnt leave our dinner on the stove for us to eat and then clean due to it being covered in bugs within minutes. There were these same little bugs in all the bathrooms, not just a few, tons of them. There was also a leak in the cottage kind room that got some of our things wet. The linen was clean on the beds but the mattress protectors were not. It was a great get away and we enjoyed the beach with the family but they definitely need to fix a few things and definitely get an exterminator.

Had our SUNSET WEDDING @ The Beach House

The Beach House was PERFECT for our sunset wedding and our immediate family. This place will remain in our hearts FOREVER!!! I even got to kayak to the other island during Tropical Storm Earl. BAD IDEA! This place has EVERYTHING YOU NEED… It was my mother’s first time flying, the hot tub, the kayaks, the fishing reels, snorkel gear, the location, the grills, the views, the amenities, two washers and two dryers, many showers, etc.. Our only complaint is that we wished we could’ve stayed here forever :( jkjk, not forever… we’ll definitely try and return at some point. A big thank you to Heidi and Lisa who made our arrival a VERY VERY special one! Also, a huuuuuge thank you to Josh and his private chef services who prepared such memorable meals for our family after the wedding reception on the balcony with such beautiful views. And last but not least . . . The Beach House!

9 friends rented together

Our group had been here before, 15 years prior, different owner. This property is secluded, and has a perfect beach for relaxing and water fun. We love having our own rooms and space to gather as well. We did all agree however that the spaces could use a few updates: there is alot of knick knacks around that just get in the way. The rooms in the guest cottage could use some updates, we stayed in the one with the sliding glass door, and it needs a mirror, a chair or stool and a trash basket. You could get rid of the TV never turned it on. The bathroom needs a clean rug in front of the shower door. We used the recommended massage therapist, the chef, and the car (Jeep) rental; and all were fabulous! Very easy to work with and wonderful. Lisa the property manager was also very nice. Keep in mind this property has a lot of stairs. Also the road into it is VERY treacherous and not for the faint of heart. Overall we are happy to have come back here. Thank you

An absolutely AMAZING family vacation!!

My family had an amazing stay at The Beach House!!! The house has everything needed for an enjoyable stay and the owner and property manager went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of from the moment we booked the house to the moment we left for the airport to go back home. The property manager even met us at the airport to escort us to the house. The main house and detached cottage provided the 4 bedrooms needed and everyone with their own space and area to relax. The large outdoor patio area, dining, and family rooms provided plenty of space to hang out together. We went out to eat often and also enjoyed cooking meals at the house. We appreciated the ability to have a kitchen filled with provisions when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped (new espresso/coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) and stocked, and we also did some grilling. Renting a Jeep is a MUST and incredibly fun! When not enjoying the amazing views from the house, hot tub, and private beach, we spent our days driving all over the island to explore, visiting several beaches, places to eat and shop, and took the car ferry over to St. John for a day. My family and I highly recommended The Beach House and it has definitely earned a spot on my list of places my family would love to stay again.
