Guest Options

• We offer late check-out of up to two hours for $50.

• Additional guest free over 2 for $100 per stay. Maximum 2 additional persons.

 

Pet access

Pets are allowed at this property but must be disclosed. 

• Price: $150 per stay for one pet maximum.

• Costs associated with damages caused by pets will be pursued and not included in the pet fee.



Other Things to Note:

We require an ID Verification Form and Rental Agreement Form to be completed prior to check-in on platforms where we are the Merchant of Record. If you are not asked for them, they are not required through us.

• The property is on a hill top and while we have lovely walking paths on-property, there are no sidewalks in the area. Walking is done along the main road.

• We now have generator services and are provisioned against power service interruptions!

• Cost-U-Less and The Meat Up restaurant and the movie theatre are at the 1st street light to the left of property.
