The Space
On the main living floor you’ll find:
• Primary Suite – Stately four-poster king bed, two twin memory foam sleeper sofas, ensuite bath with double sinks, and large double-door entry. Step outside to your own enclosed outdoor shower—a private, tropical retreat.
• Guest Bedroom – King bed, ensuite bath, and sweeping views.
• Open Gathering Areas – A spacious living area with four distinct seating zones, perfect for group dinners, family game nights, or late-night conversations.

This level is step-free, making it ideal for guests with mobility needs. The bedrooms, hot tub, primary bath, and main living spaces can all be accessed without stairs.
*Please note: the second floor and pool deck are only accessible by stairs.

On the lower level:
• Apartment Suite – King bed, ensuite bath, living room with a memory foam loveseat sleeper, and a second kitchen for easy access to snacks and drinks by the pool. Includes dining space and a large TV.
• Poolside Bedroom 1 – A guest favorite. Four-poster king bed, large double doors on three walls, and panoramic views of the pool and ocean.
• Poolside Bedroom 2 – King bed with a twin trundle, perfect for parents with kids or teens who want their own space. Shares a bathroom with the Poolside Bedroom 1.

Standout Amenities
• Private Pool – Expansive deck with chairs, umbrellas, loungers, and endless views of Hull Bay. Waves crash on the rocks below while fishing boats and pelicans drift past. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire if you’d like the pool heated.
• Hot Tub – Step-free access from the main floor, just outside the primary suite.
• Walking distance to Hull Bay – a great locals beach for snorkeling that is rarely crowded, even on cruise ship days.
• Outdoor Shower – There are two! One is the primary bedroom shower and can be enclosed for privacy. It’s perfect for rinsing off after the beach and before entering the hot tub. The second outdoor shower is located just before the entrance to the apartment bedroom, great for rinsing sand off before entering the pool.
• Two Kitchens – The main kitchen with a Keurig + drip coffee maker, and a second downstairs kitchen for poolside convenience.
• Hardwired Wi-Fi Hotspots – Strong connections throughout the villa, ideal for streaming or remote work.
• Pack ’n Play – Provided for little travelers, by request. Additional baby gear like high chairs can be rented through our trusted rental partner.

Hull Bay (7-minute walk)
Grab fish tacos, burgers, and margaritas at The Shack at Hull Bay. They host family-friendly events all month long: cash BINGO on Tuesdays, live music Thursdays, and movie nights Fridays. Check their socials for the monthly schedule. Hull Bay is a great locals beach for snorkeling. Swim along the right or left, rocky sides of the beach. Swim out over the sea grass to see sea turtles, just keep an eye out for fishing boats entering the bay. It stays fairly empty even on cruise ship days.

• Sib’s on the Mountain – 8-minute drive, casual local favorite with hearty portions and island charm.

• While the villa is completely private, you may encounter service vendors during your stay, including pool techs, landscapers, or generator technicians. They set their own schedules and do not provide notice.

• Renting this villa requires signing a rental agreement and providing a card for a $750 security hold via our secure platform, OwnerRez. This hold (similar to a hotel incidental) is placed 48 hours prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, assuming no significant damage.
