SituĂ©e sur la cĂ©lĂšbre baie de Magen, la Casa JoMama est si privĂ©e que les vĂȘtements sont facultatifs. Cette maison offre des vues spectaculaires de chaque piĂšce. Les caractĂ©ristiques spĂ©ciales comprennent des sols carrelĂ©s frais, une dĂ©coration des CaraĂŻbes et entiĂšrement climatisĂ©es dans tous les espaces de vie et les chambres avec TV / cĂąble / lecteur DVD, Bose et votre choix de lits jumeaux / lits king. Magnifique plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e depuis la terrasse au bord de l'eau.

Il y a trois bains, dont un spectaculaire bain en plein air, situĂ©s parmi les rochers prĂ©historiques. Les Ă©toiles et la lune sont votre plafond dans cette expĂ©rience de baignade unique en son genre. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e est Ă©quipĂ©e de tous les appareils, y compris un moulin Ă  cafĂ©, un mixeur, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un robot culinaire. et refroidisseur Ă  vin de 30 bouteilles. La cuisine vient d'ĂȘtre mise Ă  jour avec une gamme professionnelle en inox et un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et micro-ondes en inox. Des condiments de base, des Ă©pices, de l'huile d'olive et du riz sont Ă©galement fournis.


La terrasse couverte et carrelĂ©e offre des vues spectaculaires et des repas en plein air. Le gril Ă  gaz Weber et une grande table peuvent accueillir 8 Ă  10 personnes. Un auvent rĂ©tractable automatique de sumbrella fournit l'ombre du soleil ......... et est escamotable Ă  distance pour apprĂ©cier diner al fresco. Des marches en pierre vous mĂšnent Ă  travers la vĂ©gĂ©tation tropicale jusqu'Ă  une terrasse privĂ©e au bord de l'eau. From the booking process (including an early request by us for a shift by a day due to better flight pricing), to the arrival where Nikki came to the house and showed us around, to the gorgeous, incredibly amazing views, we absolutely loved our stay at Casa Jo Mama. The location is perfect and the layout of the house is perfect for a joint family trip--plenty of separate spaces both inside and out, but large gathering spots as well. We snorkeled off the deck area and saw tarpon, a nurse shark and many types of fish. I took my coffee down to the deck every single morning, and we enjoyed the pool on at least two different evenings. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, as well as the board games. Had a blast!

Such a cool spot! Owners were very communicative and everyone had plenty of space between the 5 of us. The view is amazing from pretty much any spot and it was just what we were looking for. If you are looking for the pampered, luxury resort, this won’t be for you but if you appreciate the island feel and an epic view, it’s a great choice! We will definitely be back with friends and will likely spend more time at Casa Jo Mama than anywhere else. The snorkeling was good too!

Overall our experience was amazing at this property. We had an issue with the outdoor shower on out last night, but it was more of an age of the wood thing. The concept was amazing, and I used it several time. The coral reef off the secluded beach area by far had the most wildlife we saw on the entire island during our stay. We learned that the fish love dog treats. Overall 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat

Positive Aspects: This VRBO is located in a quiet gated neighborhood and has breathtaking views. The bedrooms and kitchen area provided the perfect accommodation for our family of five.Areas for Improvement: one morning, my son was startled awake by water dripping onto his bed due to a leak during rainfall.The deck stairs to the ocean trail had been reinforce by wedging a 2x4 under, but ended up falling a foot as my child and i went down them.There are no pictures of the path to the ocean side deck for a reason. The path is rugged and made from various rocks.The ocean deck looks cool in the pictures, but once down on the deck the path to get to the water included a calculated procedure to move between large rocks that is not child friendly.Hot water for the building is provided by a solar heat system. You must monitor usage at night to ensure hot water in the morning.The constant surveillance from the Ring doorbell and camera felt intrusive.The pool was not very well taken care of. The water was very cloudy and the chlorinator was empty when we arrived. Being a pool owner, I could tell that the chemicals were off, and after a few days I ended up adding a tablet to the chlorinator and the water defiantly cleared up over my remaining days.Overall, while the home offered stunning views and adequate living spaces, the issues with water leakage, safety hazards, ocean access, and maintenance shortcomings detracted from our experience. Not sure it was worth the cost.

My wife and I are in our 60’s and had our children in their 30’s and grandchildren 1and 2. The house was perfect for us. 3 levels so each family had their bedroom on their own level. The pool was loved by the grandbabies and adults alike. The adults LOVED the area down by the water and enjoyed hours snorkeling there. The walk down is not for those with handicaps, the very young or the very old. But it worked for us. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Just a fabulous experience all around.

Casa JoMama is absolutely beautiful and we had an incredible time. Nikki stopped by on our first evening to make sure checking in went well and that we had everything we needed, and then respected our time and privacy for the rest of our stay. She was available to call or text though if we needed any help. I can’t recommend this vacation rental enough.I would like to add, we are regular visitors to St. Thomas and St. John and we are in love with the USVI. Once in awhile I see negative reviews for places we’ve stayed and I can only imagine those people didn’t quite understand what they were getting into. If you want to be pampered and have room service and have your vacation feel effortless then I would recommend looking at other islands in the Caribbean or elsewhere with all inclusive resorts or something like that. On St. Thomas and St. John you will drive on narrow, mountain roads with hairpin turns, you will have to navigate some rugged terrain here and there, you might get hot and sweaty and uncomfortable sometimes, you might have to deal with a power outage (we didn’t on this trip but it happens), and you have to put in some effort to do what you want to do and get where you want to go. But if you are willing to do that and immerse yourself in this wonderful community, you will see the incredible natural beauty and heavenly experience that keeps us coming back every year

From the moment we texted the hosts to let them know we had arrived in St. Thomas, Nicki was awesome! She even stopped by and gave lots of recommendations. It was a great intro to the island! The house fit our group of six perfectly - the outdoor bathroom was a big hit, along with the pool, the views, the tiki hut on the bay, and the iguanas that hung out on the rocks. The steps down to the water are a workout, which helped with all the great food we had! They aren't great for littles or those with mobility issues, but I would argue that seems to be pretty standard on the island if you are up at any elevation. Our group spent lots of time down on the water reading, swimming, and generally hanging out. We appreciated the snorkeling equipment, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Definitely made visiting other beaches alot better not having to rent those items at the beach itself. It was also fun playing "I see the house" from Mountain Top and Tree Limmin' Zip Lining, while we looked across the bay!If you are looking for a nice, quiet, private place with amazing views of Magens Bay, this is it!

Stayed at Casa JoMama for 5 nights to celebrate a few birthdays, and wow! We loved the house and property so much! Had a little trouble with the lock, but Nikki was super responsive and helpful! The lower deck area is absolutely breathtaking and so beautiful! We visited in January and the water was a little choppy, but still just absolutely gorgeous! The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, we really enjoyed the time we had at Casa JoMama!

Very clean, absolutely stunning views, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay again. Very thoughtful touches that many places fall short on. Plenty of nice bath and kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies. We used every outdoor space and wouldn't have minded spending every day of our trip sitting by the pool, but easy to explore beautiful beaches nearby too. Loved it!

We loved everything about our stay at CasaJoMomma. The hosts were wonderful. Very communicative. The house and surroundings were more than we could have hoped for. Although the walk down to the dock and into the reef was of some slight taxing effort, well worth it. There are plenty of landings to stop and rest on the way back up to the house. The hosts were very accommodating when our stay was extended unexpectedly by a Tropical Storm/Hurricane. I would definitely stay here again.

House definitely looks better than the pictures on inside. Cleaning people didn’t clean the whole house they were late to let us check in. The pool pump broke he said he would be there in 45 minutes 4.5 days later he never came. I’ve maker on fridge doesn’t work. So u have to pump the ac if you want to get cool because I can’t get in pool and you can’t have ice in your drink. I think if they had a better property management person it would be better

We have been on maybe a dozen Caribbean trips and this property had the best view of all of them. We got married on the back patio with Megan’s Bay in the background. The manager was helpful and even came over and helped us move patio furniture out of they way for the wedding. You can find video on YouTube of the walk down to the water. There is a large deck just feet above the bay over the water. We did not swim there as the water was a little rough, but Magen’s Bay is very close for beach activities. The house was well equipped with all the VRBO necessities. As the description in the listing says, it is extremely private, unlike most VRBO’s. We will return one day!

This was the second time renting this property. The area is beautiful, and we will visit the islands again. Cons: The property owner promised repairs to be done and did not complete them. The refrigerator leaked the entire 8 days and we had to have a towel in front of the refrig to catch the water. The umbrella by the pool area was broken and a new one sitting in the driveway that was never installed. The fan on one of the decks had wires hanging out of it. We found 4 dead cockroaches and 1 live one in the house during our stay. The solar power had issues in the middle of the night for 8 hours the electric came on and off every few seconds, keeping us from getting any sleep that night! Owner did have a solution and never checked back with us to see if the problem was resolved. The entryway had clutter and was not appealing. The dryer was so loud we could not run while we were home. Pros: The bay was beautiful. The deck was nice to sit and watch the view. You could watch the pelicans and other wildlife from the deck. It was difficult to get to the bay and into the water, but once you did it was a nice area for snorkeling. The kitchen is newly remodeled and very nice. The pool was clean and nice.

Very unique property! Such a fun place! Our kids absolutely loved the views, the house, and of course the beaches. Now, things to improve on
 the water may not always get warm when you want it- they’re on solar I believe
and the top bedroom gets a little warm but we figured out how to cool it down
 The deck is so amazing!!! It’s tough for elderly or handicapped to get to, but if you can get there it’s so cool to enjoy the water!!. We love this place so much and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Casa Jo Mama is definitely a little piece of paradise, truly a hidden gem. So many beautiful places provided to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful views. TOP NOTCH HOSPITALITY!! Host was very informative, provided great tips for the area, quick to respond. Hospitality didn’t stop when our trip ended. My son left behind a few items and Cobia was so kind and helpful with agreeing to ship items at no charge. Highly recommend Casa Jo Mama. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an amazing time in St Thomas and absolutely loved our stay at Casa Jo Mama. There is plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out comfortably. We took full advantage of early mornings on the deck watching Magen’s Bay come alive to watching the sunset from the pool (which is bigger than the pictures show - comfortably held 6 adults). We even snorkeled off the lower deck and 4 of us saw the resident octopus! We felt very safe in the gated community and the owners were extremely responsive and did everything to make our stay perfect! Highly recommend choosing Casa Jo Mama for your St Thomas stay!

Stay at Casa Jo Mama was great. Quiet neighborhood. Deck by the water is an awesome way to spend a day. Great views. We were very pleased with this house.
