Située sur la célèbre baie de Magen, la Casa JoMama est si privée que les vêtements sont facultatifs. Cette maison offre des vues spectaculaires de chaque pièce. Les caractéristiques spéciales comprennent des sols carrelés frais, une décoration des Caraïbes et entièrement climatisées dans tous les espaces de vie et les chambres avec TV / câble / lecteur DVD, Bose et votre choix de lits jumeaux / lits king. Magnifique plongée en apnée depuis la terrasse au bord de l'eau.

Il y a trois bains, dont un spectaculaire bain en plein air, situés parmi les rochers préhistoriques. Les étoiles et la lune sont votre plafond dans cette expérience de baignade unique en son genre. La cuisine entièrement équipée est équipée de tous les appareils, y compris un moulin à café, un mixeur, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un robot culinaire. et refroidisseur à vin de 30 bouteilles. La cuisine vient d'être mise à jour avec une gamme professionnelle en inox et un réfrigérateur et micro-ondes en inox. Des condiments de base, des épices, de l'huile d'olive et du riz sont également fournis.


La terrasse couverte et carrelée offre des vues spectaculaires et des repas en plein air. Le gril à gaz Weber et une grande table peuvent accueillir 8 à 10 personnes. Un auvent rétractable automatique de sumbrella fournit l'ombre du soleil ......... et est escamotable à distance pour apprécier diner al fresco. Des marches en pierre vous mènent à travers la végétation tropicale jusqu'à une terrasse privée au bord de l'eau. Il y a un accès à l'eau, où une plongée en apnée spectaculaire sur votre propre récif privé vous attend. La terrasse ensoleillée est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et regarder un beau coucher de soleil ou les pélicans gambader. C'est aussi un endroit merveilleux pour se blottir avec un bon livre. Une belle collection de livres .... offrant des heures de détente ou profitez d'un film de la collection de vidéos.

Bassin profond récemment aménagé avec terrasse et palapa surplombant la baie de Magen. Nichée par les rochers pittoresques, la piscine offre des vues et des panoramas optimaux.

Nos 36 panneaux solaires gardant le système de batterie Tesla chargé vous assurent une électricité continue pendant les pannes de courant.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!We would DEFINITELY stay again!We came to CasaJoMama to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we were so glad we did. Some of the highlights of CasaJoMamaare the amazing views, the really scenic snorkeling, the kitchen that is equipped with ALL the items you would find in a home...a REAL home!The delicious plunge pool. The sundeck by the water, a rare find in St. Thomas, made one not want to leave. Complete privacy, so much so, that it could be Certified "Birthday-suit friendly."The hosts are gracious, helpful, and respectful.On a personal note, we have traveled all over the world and this is the first time in our lives that we lost track of time.Bon Voyage!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Jo Mama! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and truly had everything you could need from soap, shampoo, and conditioner to beach towels, which made packing so much easier. The pool was a highlight and perfect for relaxing after a day out.Access to the ocean was convenient, though it does involve going down quite a few steps, and the walk back up is a bit steep but totally manageable and worth it for the views. I recommend wearing water shoes if you climb onto the rocks. We also loved the outdoor full bathroom, which was such a unique and fun touch, especially after the pool or beach.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and felt well thought out, comfortable, and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

We arrived at Casa Jo Mama on New Year’s Eve, family of 7, 5 adults and 2 young kids. As soon as we landed we received a text from the host with gate code, grocery location suggestions and help with directions. We only had to reach out to them a couple of time and they responded immediately. Our grandson had a fever and ear pain and the guest book had the local urgent care information, so that was extremely helpful. The house was more than we expected. It is so beautiful and eclectic. The view is breathtaking. We loved the plunge pool, watching the iguanas in the morning and the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices. We cooked most of our meals there and sat on the deck for dinners. Having snorkel equipment there to use was very nice. We had an amazing time staying here and hope to return at some point.

OMG, the house was absolutely beautiful and everything I thought it would be. Pictures were exactly how it was. We just loved the cabana down by the water. I just honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and I have so many that I can’t even pinpoint it. Just everything was great about that house.. The host were super nice and friendly didn’t see them much, but there was an issue. They were right there instantly to fix it which there wasn’t but if there was they would be.

Perfect space and location!

From the booking process (including an early request by us for a shift by a day due to better flight pricing), to the arrival where Nikki came to the house and showed us around, to the gorgeous, incredibly amazing views, we absolutely loved our stay at Casa Jo Mama. The location is perfect and the layout of the house is perfect for a joint family trip--plenty of separate spaces both inside and out, but large gathering spots as well. We snorkeled off the deck area and saw tarpon, a nurse shark and many types of fish. I took my coffee down to the deck every single morning, and we enjoyed the pool on at least two different evenings. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, as well as the board games. Had a blast!

Such a cool spot! Owners were very communicative and everyone had plenty of space between the 5 of us. The view is amazing from pretty much any spot and it was just what we were looking for. If you are looking for the pampered, luxury resort, this won’t be for you but if you appreciate the island feel and an epic view, it’s a great choice! We will definitely be back with friends and will likely spend more time at Casa Jo Mama than anywhere else. The snorkeling was good too!

Pretty much heaven

Overall our experience was amazing at this property. We had an issue with the outdoor shower on out last night, but it was more of an age of the wood thing. The concept was amazing, and I used it several time. The coral reef off the secluded beach area by far had the most wildlife we saw on the entire island during our stay. We learned that the fish love dog treats. Overall 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat

Beautiful but not what I expected

Positive Aspects: This VRBO is located in a quiet gated neighborhood and has breathtaking views. The bedrooms and kitchen area provided the perfect accommodation for our family of five.Areas for Improvement: one morning, my son was startled awake by water dripping onto his bed due to a leak during rainfall.The deck stairs to the ocean trail had been reinforce by wedging a 2x4 under, but ended up falling a foot as my child and i went down them.There are no pictures of the path to the ocean side deck for a reason. The path is rugged and made from various rocks.The ocean deck looks cool in the pictures, but once down on the deck the path to get to the water included a calculated procedure to move between large rocks that is not child friendly.Hot water for the building is provided by a solar heat system. You must monitor usage at night to ensure hot water in the morning.The constant surveillance from the Ring doorbell and camera felt intrusive.The pool was not very well taken care of. The water was very cloudy and the chlorinator was empty when we arrived. Being a pool owner, I could tell that the chemicals were off, and after a few days I ended up adding a tablet to the chlorinator and the water defiantly cleared up over my remaining days.Overall, while the home offered stunning views and adequate living spaces, the issues with water leakage, safety hazards, ocean access, and maintenance shortcomings detracted from our experience. Not sure it was worth the cost.

A Great Family Vacation

My wife and I are in our 60’s and had our children in their 30’s and grandchildren 1and 2. The house was perfect for us. 3 levels so each family had their bedroom on their own level. The pool was loved by the grandbabies and adults alike. The adults LOVED the area down by the water and enjoyed hours snorkeling there. The walk down is not for those with handicaps, the very young or the very old. But it worked for us. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Just a fabulous experience all around.

Nikki stopped by on our first evening to make sure checking in went well and that we had everything we needed, and then respected our time and privacy for the rest of our stay. She was available to call or text though if we needed any help. I can’t recommend this vacation rental enough.I would like to add, we are regular visitors to St. Thomas and St. John and we are in love with the USVI. Once in awhile I see negative reviews for places we’ve stayed and I can only imagine those people didn’t quite understand what they were getting into. If you want to be pampered and have room service and have your vacation feel effortless then I would recommend looking at other islands in the Caribbean or elsewhere with all inclusive resorts or something like that. On St. Thomas and St. John you will drive on narrow, mountain roads with hairpin turns, you will have to navigate some rugged terrain here and there, you might get hot and sweaty and uncomfortable sometimes, you might have to deal with a power outage (we didn’t on this trip but it happens), and you have to put in some effort to do what you want to do and get where you want to go. But if you are willing to do that and immerse yourself in this wonderful community, you will see the incredible natural beauty and heavenly experience that keeps us coming back every year

A Must Stay

From the moment we texted the hosts to let them know we had arrived in St. Thomas, Nicki was awesome! She even stopped by and gave lots of recommendations. It was a great intro to the island! The house fit our group of six perfectly - the outdoor bathroom was a big hit, along with the pool, the views, the tiki hut on the bay, and the iguanas that hung out on the rocks. The steps down to the water are a workout, which helped with all the great food we had! They aren't great for littles or those with mobility issues, but I would argue that seems to be pretty standard on the island if you are up at any elevation. Our group spent lots of time down on the water reading, swimming, and generally hanging out. We appreciated the snorkeling equipment, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Definitely made visiting other beaches alot better not having to rent those items at the beach itself. It was also fun playing "I see the house" from Mountain Top and Tree Limmin' Zip Lining, while we looked across the bay!If you are looking for a nice, quiet, private place with amazing views of Magens Bay, this is it!

Amazing stay

Our plane landed a little early and we were able to get into the house early after housekeeping completed cleaning. Great communication from the owners. Awesome stay. Very private. 100% recommend. Would go back and stay again. Beautiful location.

Birthday extravaganza

Stayed at Casa JoMama for 5 nights to celebrate a few birthdays, and wow! We loved the house and property so much! Had a little trouble with the lock, but Nikki was super responsive and helpful! The lower deck area is absolutely breathtaking and so beautiful! We visited in January and the water was a little choppy, but still just absolutely gorgeous! The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, we really enjoyed the time we had at Casa JoMama!
