Top floor condo with down-island views from 3 balconies, centrally located, perfect for families or couples.
Welcome to Azure Seas, your quiet hideaway above it all. Located on the top floor with no shared walls and nothing between you and the horizon. This breezy two-bedroom condo delivers the best kind of St. Thomas magic: panoramic ocean views, peaceful privacy, and all the comforts of home, just 15–20 minutes from the best of the island.
Start your mornings with coffee and a sunrise over St. John. End your evenings with a cocktail on one of three balconies while watching the light shift over the sea. In between? Swim at Magens, hike to beaches, or grab breakfast or lunch from Northside Grind. And when you’re ready to recharge, come back to a home that’s equal parts comfortable and modern.
The fully air-conditioned interior is furnished for comfort, with two ensuite bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and thoughtful extras like ceiling fans in every room, a backup generator for island outages, and a cooler, beach chairs, floats, and beach towels so you’re ready for your next adventure.
Whether you’re a couple on a romantic getaway, a family with kids, or remote workers chasing Wi-Fi with a view, Azure Seas offers that sweet spot between serenity and centrality.
Please note the community pool is about a 3 minute drive from the condo. We don't recommend walking as it's mostly uphill and bit too far to walk unless you enjoy rigorous physical activity while on vacation.

Getting Around
A rental car is strongly recommended, this location is quiet and tucked away, and taxis can be hard to come by, especially in the evenings.
Nearby by car:
- Magens Bay Beach – 8 minutes away and the most famous beach on St. Thomas. This beach is just over 3/4 of a mile long so even on busy cruise ship days, if you go all the way to the far end, you will find a secluded area.
- Hiking – Magens Bay trail access is nearby. Parking at the top of the trail is limited so we recommend hiking from Magens Bay beach up to the top and back down again and finishing with a refreshing swim in the ocean.
- Northside Grind – 6 minutes away and has great coffee, breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and grab and go options. It's a local favorite for a reason! You can even grab some locally made souvenirs while you're there.
- Brook’s Bar (local, casual, cash only) – 7 minutes down the road and a great casual local food spot. Think collapsible tables, cash only, white board menu, ice cold beer, and mouth-watering local food.
- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 10 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 15 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.
- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 20 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride.

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
