The main level includes four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a television:
• Master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom
• Bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath
• King bedroom with an en suite bathroom and pool-deck access
• Separate pavilion across the pool deck with a fourth king bedroom

For bookings of 9 or more guests, the lower-level guest suite is included unless otherwise arranged. Reached by a lighted exterior stone staircase, it offers air conditioning, a living area, kitchen, king bedroom with en suite bath, and a private covered porch overlooking town and the harbor—an appealing retreat for teenagers or couples seeking extra seclusion.

Enjoy the indoor kitchen and dining areas, plus a covered pavilion with an outdoor dining table and gas grill for meals by the pool. Convenient comforts include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, free in-unit washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless-steel gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking essentials.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement.
