• Two kids’ rooms with two sets of single bunk beds
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 share one bathroom; bedrooms 4 and 5 share another

For comfortable stays, the villa includes split ductless AC, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a 55-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video and standard cable, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The cooking space is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stainless-steel gas stove, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. The 10-seat dining table is inside the villa for your group’s exclusive use.

Step outside to your private outdoor area, with a year-round private pool, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a private patio or balcony. The in-unit outdoor dining area and gas BBQ grill are exclusively for you and your guests.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement.
