« When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again »

« we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available. »

« the room and the wash room was clean and devoid of any musty smell. the rooms were well furnished. Just one draw back though... the buffet breakfast starts at 07:30 and the food items weren't all placed on the table. This is one area that needs improvement. »

« I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service.
1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable.
2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
