Updated Condo, Steps to Tennis + Pickleball Courts, Beach and Village, w/ a Pool

The Heron's Harbour condo is nestled in the scenic, gated, south end island community of Harbour Oaks. The complex features a spacious pool, tennis courts and a small gym. Ideally located on the south end of the island and within walking distance to the best restaurants, village, pier and beach, this is a wonderful rental for two couples, a family, or friends to kick back and enjoy all that Saint Simons Island has to offer.

This condo was recently updated and was ideally designed with renter’s maximum enjoyment of the space in mind. The kitchen is off the main hallway of the condo, on the right, and overlooks the great room. This fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and enjoy spending the day at the condo with friends or family. Above the countertop, there is an opening between the kitchen and the great room, making it easy to converse with the group while preparing drinks or dinner. The kitchen leads to the beautiful dining table and chairs, which comfortably seats 6 people. This condo has an open floor plan, where the dining area leads into the den space, which is adjacent to the sunroom. The great room combines the dining space, with the living and social area in the den that has lots of seating and a flat screen TV. The sunroom is offset from the great room and features a daybed, with a twin trundle bed underneath. This area is flooded with natural light, making it a great place to work during the day, and also has additional seating. The sunroom doubles as the ideal space for children to sleep close to their parents, as it is near the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom is spacious and has a coastal-inspired king bed, side tables and dresser. This bedroom features a flat screen TV, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom that has a combination shower and tub. One of the highlights of this bedroom is that the vanity space is separate and outside of the rest of the bathroom, leaving you a separate space to get ready while someone else uses the shower or tub. The second bedroom is off the main hallway, and also features a king bed, natural light, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower and tub. This condo also features a quaint balcony with a view of the Spanish moss draped over the ancient oak trees and one of the community ponds. This rental has a washer and dryer in the condo for guests to use during their stay if they choose.

The condo is located across from the Mallery Street Park and Recreation Center, along with the pickleball and tennis courts for the south end of Saint Simons Island. If you are looking to play pickleball during your vacation, you can’t stay any closer to the courts! Mallery Park also includes a dog park and a large playground, perfect for letting your dog or children play! This condo is ideal for visiting the beach, village and pier, since it is less than a quarter of a mile from the village, and half a mile from the pier and beach. Located within walking or biking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops and other island attractions, this is an amazing place to stay in the heart of Saint Simons Island. Saint Simons is known for many things, including its southern charm, historic oak trees draped in Spanish moss, beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, fun shops, and plenty of historical sites. There are countless activities for outdoor lovers from exploring parks and monuments from Christ Church, Fort Frederica, Wesley Memorial Gardens, Cannon's Point Preserve, the Guale Preserve, and the Saint Simons Lighthouse. Finally, Saint Simons is known for its golfing community. Guests are welcome to play at the King and Prince Golf Course (also known as the Hampton Point Course) and the Sea Palms Course (guests can book this through the public rate).

Harbour Oaks is our favorite

Harbour Oaks Condos are the best rentals for your dollar in my opinion. They are clean, in a great location for a quick golf cart ride to the village and pier. This particular rental was updated and nice and provided all that we needed for a very enjoyable week long vacation. We were so sad to leave and come back to real life!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our little dachshund. Just a short walk to pier and a quick drive to beach and great restaurants. Courtlyn, our host, was great. Available whenever we needed her. This was our 2nd stay and already looking forward to next year.

A wonderful retreat

Harbour Oaks is located within a short walking distance to St Simons village where there are restaurants, shops and the pier. The condo is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Courtlyn was very helpful with quick responses to all of our questions. We will be back!

Great Cozy Condo in a Perfect Location

Our family of 4 (two teens and dogs) just returned from a wonderful few days in St. Simon's. This condo was a perfect base camp to explore the island. We rented a golf cart, but you could easily, bike or walk to town. The village is charming with lots of shops and restaurants. (We really enjoyed dining at The Nest.) The condo itself had everything we needed during our stay including dog toys for my furry boys! The beds were comfy and I appreciated the extra beach towels. The property manager is easy to communicate with and responsive. Definitely keeping this one the list!

Missed it because of illness
.but friends loved it.

Unfortunately, I was dealing with the flu bug. So my husband and I missed being able to use the condo. However, our friends enjoyed the condo to themselves. They said it was very clean, great location and just like the pictures. I was in touch with the owner a couple of times with questions and she responded immediately. I really appreciated that.

St. Simons Vacation

St. Simons was a wonderful place to vacation. Harbor Oaks was a great base to unwind from life and enjoy our excursions and adventures. The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The beautiful moss-draped trees were fun to bicycle around on the island. The condo was just right for our family. It is near restaurants and shops which lends itself to easy access. Thanks!

The condo looks exact as it did in the pictures. It is walking distance from several parks and restaurants. The condo was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The view from the balcony is so charming. Contacted to owner about the address and they answered right away. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location!!!

The loved the location of the property
very convenient to the restaurants, pier and beaches. The condo layout was fantastic, a great use of the space. Having the two bedroom master suites provided privacy and space for everyone to spread out.

Great Condo

We vacation on Saint Simons Island at least 2 to 3 times a year. Harbour Oaks is one of our favorite places to stay. This condo was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation! We would definitely come back again!
