This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the park is ready for a lazy day under the oaks! With vaulted ceilings, a single story open layout, a private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), a fully equipped kitchen, and walk-ability to the Pier Village make this home ready for a family vacation. Enjoy a sunny day by the 6 ft deep pool on the private patio with an outdoor dining table and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. Cuddle up on the sectional after a long day at the beach and watch a movie in the living room. With plenty of windows to let the sunshine in, this home is the perfect home for a relaxing vacation.

Only a short walk or bike ride away from St. Simons Pier Village district, which serves as the Downtown Social Hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and gathering spot. The Village also offers St. Simons Lighthouse, museum, Neptune park and playground.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. No fireworks allowed.

Family beach vacation

The house was perfectly designed for a relaxed family vacation with three generations: grandparents, kids, and grandkids. It’s a 10 min leisurely walk to the beach one way and to the main shopping area and restaurants the other way. We enjoyed the being able to come and go without having to drive all the time. The house itself had a wonderful central common area for dining, relaxing, and playing games, and the pool was refreshing and a nice break from the beach.

Filthy House

House was filthy and still being cleaned when we arrived. Check in was at 4pm and we entered the house at 4:05pm. Cleaning ppl left the house still not clean (dirt on rugs, floors dirty and not mopped, smudges and food stains on fridge, doors, tables, cabinets, laundry still in the dryer that we had to fold). I contacted vacasa for a refund on the cleaning and was told that I entered the house early. I have proof my location and time stamps on my phone showing that I did not enter the house early. I've contacted them many times now and they are still continuing with their lie that I entered the house early. It's not even about the dirty house anymore, it's the lying. The time they are claiming I entered the house I was literally driving on the interstate. Horrible customer service, filthy home, lying cleaners and property manager. I would not rent this house if I were you.

Amazing home!

We loved everything about it - location is completely walkable to town and to beach, even with 4 kids under 5. Loved the 2 king beds for both groups of adults. Pool ledge was amazing for little kids and house was super equipped. We will be back!

This was the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at! The home was beautiful with high end finishes. We chose this property for the excellent reviews and the private pool for our 4 year old son and it did not disappoint. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property in great location

Nice open concept interior with high ceilings. Lovely pool with large fenced backyard was great fun for the kids. We loved the short walk to Moo Cow and the pier.

Best Fall Break Ever

This home is simply amazing. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, this home is picture-perfect and had everything we needed for our 3-night vacation. The home is located just a few short blocks from the beach, the pier and village, but nestled comfortably in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the private pool, spacious backyard, and the high-end appliances and furnishings, and we were sad we could not have stayed longer. The only things that would have made our vacation even better, are if the pool could have been heated (not a big deal at all, as our 7- year old spent 90% of his time in the pool despite the cooler October temps) and if the options for cable TV were not so limited (also, not a big deal with the availability of Netflix, etc., but we would’ve loved to watch more of the college football games on Saturday). Two very minor inconveniences, which did not detract from our overall stay. Would highly recommend this property, and we will be back soon!!!

Lazy Oaks SSI Vacation 7/27/19-8/3/19

We've been coming to SSI every year for over two decades (as former owners of a family home & now renters). This is a Wonderful Property!! Everything top-notch, clean & in a fantastic location. Will DEFINITELY return next year. Only complaint - as fairly tech savvy people, we still had some difficulty navigating the TV/Cable/Receiver set up. Disappointed with the inability to use our Fire TV device to access personal accounts. Video, but no sound. Also disappointed with no access to cable news programming with our AM coffee. Recommendations for future rentals: 1. Towel hooks/racks on bathroom/bedroom doors 2. Laundry baskets in closets 3. Info. re: trash/recycling schedule would also be helpful

Wonderful property!! Even more beautiful in person! Extremely clean and decorated so cute! A short walk from the pier and lighthouse and all the shops in the Village area. And the pool was great to have, as well! We loved our stay here, and will definitely be back!

Great house, Great location

We loved the house. Clean and beautiful. Everything we needed was there, including band aids. All of the live oaks surrounding the house and neighborhood made it especially nice. Great pool in the back. We couldn't have been more pleased.
