If you want to relax at a beach resort community, you will enjoy staying at this comfortable, clean, completely renovated, ground floor condominium at Ocean Walk. Ocean Walk is a œ mile walk to the village, pier and one mile to the beach and is one of the premier beach communities in Georgia.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit which sleeps 4, utilizing the sofa bed. It has a renovated kitchen and bathroom that are sparkling clean and wonderfully functional. The Pergo floors are beautiful and easy to keep clean. The new furniture is comfortable and attractive. This condominium is perfect for a family of four or a couple looking for a great getaway. Pet fee is $65 for one dog and $95 for two dogs. Small breeds only.

The totally new kitchen includes every convenience: full size range and refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. If cooking is your thing, all the necessary tools are provided, even spices.

The living room is designed for relaxation. It has a 60” flat screen TV, a comfortable recliner and queen sized sleeper sofa, good lighting and a small library. The modern bathroom has a tub-shower combination with modern fixtures and storage. You will love the soft towels and linens. The spacious bedroom includes a 43” flat screen TV, a comfortable king size pillow top bed and walk-in closet. Extra blankets and pillows are in wicker storage chest. The new air conditioner and ceiling fans will keep you cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Winters are mild and property is a delightful place to stay year-round.

From your private patio, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape including crepe myrtle trees and majestic oaks. The unit has WIFI, along with Comcast cable. All facilities are nearby: the pool, clubhouse and the tennis courts and laundry. The condo does not include it's own washer and dryer, but there is a large coin-operated laundry center in the clubhouse.

Folding chairs and towels are provided for beach-goers. Beach towels with tote and folding chairs are provided for your beach time activities.

Ocean Walk is the ultimate vacation complex providing the following amenities:

When you cross the bridge to St. Simons Island, the first view is the golden marshes and scenic waterway. Known as the Golden Isle, St. Simons offers miles of beautiful beaches, glorious sunsets, nine golf courses (two of which are award winning), sports fishing, bird watching and is a place at which you will genuinely appreciation nature. There are historical sites, such as Christ Church, Fort Frederica and the Lighthouse. There are more than twenty miles of bike paths. The Lighthouse area is the site for concerts on breezy summer evenings. Enjoy the Island Players at the Casino Theatre. There are restaurants to satisfy every palate but try the seafood and the Island’s famous shrimp. There are a variety of quaint little shops at the Village and throughout the island to pick up a bathing suit or just browse.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend here. The bed, omg the bed!!!! Soo comfortable! Josh was great to work with, very communicative and helpful. Great outside area if you have a dog & so close to the pier area. The pools, walking area and clubhouse were also really nice to have access to. Would totally stay again!

SSI Gem

It is hard to say what the best thing about this property is but I will start with its location: incredibly convenient and close to East Beach, SSI Island Pier, restaurants and parks. The property itself is located in a wonderful community that itself provides a great retreat - lovely landscaping, common areas and for us with two small dogs -- a community dog park steps away. During our stay, for as large as the community was it was quiet and is well maintained just as is the property itself. The property is in a great location in the community and it offers privacy on the front patio. Inside, was comfortable, clean and although we did not cook - the kitchen was nicely stocked. Easy check-in with great, friendly communications with the owner/manager. Would not hesitate to return.

Great for seniors

My husband and I are seniors with some mild mobility issues. For our trip to the island, I was looking for places to stay that were “senior friendly.” This property checked all the boxes! There are only two steps to get into the first floor unit. The parking is also close so you don’t have to walk far with luggage and groceries. Mom

We really enjoyed our stay at St. Simons at this T1 unit. The condo had everything we needed in pots, pans and utensils to cook in most evenings. Loved that it was secluded on the end and also close to pickelball court and pool. Very nicely decorated and loved the plush white towels. We would definitely recommend it.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had morning coffee out on patio most mornings. Close to pier and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Josh responded immediately when contacted. Would recommend for couples looking for a quiet vacation near the beach.

First Trip to St. Simons

Wonderful location! Everything was very well-kept - clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Owner was great with communicating the check-in / check-out process. Amenities were nice too! Excellent Extended Weekend Getaway

We love coming to SSI and Ocean Walk condos are the best. Just a short walk to the village and beach. The rentals are always clean and the property is well kept! We’ve rented “Seagulls Nest” before and it’s a perfect one bedroom unit for me and the “hubs”! Very clean and it has a secluded porch surrounded with Morning Glories to greet you in the morning before a scenic walk on the beach.

Fourth Time at Ocean Walk, 1st One Bdrm

We love Ocean Walk and SSI. We've been a half dozen times and almost each time we stay almost a month. This time only a week, so we booked one bdrm. Had everything we needed except washer/dryer. However we did a load in laundry rm and it was very clean. We will be plsnning our next stay in the soring soon. Thank you.
