Welcome to the Lighthouse Cottage! Located 500 yards from the beautiful beaches on St. Simons Island, the Lighthouse Cottage is the perfect island escape for visitors to enjoy everything that the island has to offer all within walking distance.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, the cottage also offers a terrace (ground level) apartment with a full kitchen, living space, bedroom and a bathroom. Having its own private entrance in the backyard, the terrace suite gives guests the flexibility of having separate living spaces under one roof. Note: The Lighthouse Cottage is only rented as a whole home offering, the main house and the terrace level are not rented individually.

Guests will enjoy an open concept living space with plenty of seating in the living room to gather for a fun game night around the main coffee table or enjoying the game on the large 65" HD Smart TV and the SONOS sound system. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped for guests to enjoy preparing meals and the gas grill is a bonus cooking feature on the back deck!

The primary suite on the main living level has a King size bed, an HD Roku TV and a large bathroom suite with a double vanity. The laundry center is conveniently located in the suite as well. The cottage offers two guest rooms on the main living level, one with a King size bed with a large walk-in closet and the second guest bedroom is a kids bunk bed room with an HD TV and fun bean chairs for kids to enjoy! The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom.

Reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day may request (in advance) a complimentary punch pass to access the Neptune Park Fun Zone located in the Pier Village. This Punch Pass (up to 10 punches, 1 punch per person) will give guests access to the community waterfront pool and/or miniature golf.

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable with a full house. The management company was responsive and helpful with every question and request. Will stay again!

It turns out we actually didn’t have have to code for downstairs room and had to call two different offices to get code. Couldn’t get in until after dinner . Took gear and bags upstairs, then haul downstairs. Not a good beginning!

St Simone’s Island is our HAPPY place and we enjoyed the beautiful house for our stay! Tried a few new restaurants on the island and went over to Driftwood beach and the Georgia Sea Turtle rescue on Jekyll Island. We can’t wait to go back to SSI

The property was perfect for our family’s thanksgiving get together. Everyone had their own personal space. I loved the apple hand soap.

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our family of seven to hang out together watching tv, eating, or playing games. Plenty of beds and bathrooms too. The hosts were attentive and made contacting them simple. The house is in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach, and down the street from quite a few great restaurants. It’s only a mile from the downtown area too, so we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the covered porches during our rainy week, and the covered hot tub too! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Very clean and a joy to stay in with access to the beach that is about two blocks away. We stayed from Tuesday to the next Tuesday because that was our schedule. Most places will have a set check in and checkout on the weekends so this was much more convenient for us.
