Absolutely charming! You will love everything about this oceanfront residence. Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the much desired Beach Club at St. Simons.

Unit #416 features a fully equipped, updated kitchen, combined living and dining area and updated bathrooms. Your favorite spot will probably be the large private balcony just off the den that opens up to both bedrooms as well.

The dining room table seats four comfortably and there are additional bar stools for morning coffee! The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The guest room features two twin beds and another bathroom is located right around the corner.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure.
Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Are you here for the food too? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance – Crabdaddy’s, Crab Trap, Beachcomber and Barrier Island Brewing Company, just to name a few.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

We stayed for a long weekend and this condo was perfect for our short trip. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We loved having the digital access instead of a key like some condos still use in this building. We rented a golf cart for the weekend and had a great time riding and shopping in the evenings. We will be back.

Absolutely loved the place and its proximity to town. The check in was super fast and friendly. Had a little trouble with the code but the rental office was super fast to get us in the door. The pool and beach access made the trip that much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed the location and the space was nice and as described. We checked in on a Saturday so we had to go off-property which we didn’t realize when we read the check in instructions so that was a bit frustrating to deal with after a long day of travel. I’ve also never had a rental without basic toiletries so I wish i had prepared better! It was a fine space but lacked any charm it was simply just a beach condo that got the job done. Lots of kids at the pool for mine to play with and they even had live music which was awesome.

We really appreciated the updated bathrooms. That always makes a huge difference. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely go back to this rental. My only suggestion is that there are not a lot of supplies for cooking. Definitely the basics, but would be nice to have more. The beds are comfortable and clean, but we would love some thicker comforters or something because they were super thin.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club. The spacious unit had everything we needed, and it was updated and comfortable. We like to cook and stay in, so the kitchen could have used a few more items, but that's not a deal breaker. The bed was comfortable, with lots of closet space and plenty of quality towels.Perfect size for a couple or small family. If we had more adults, it would be a bit crowded to our liking. The balcony was not overly big, and the furniture was adequate. You get the afternoon and evening sun at this unit.The courtyard property was very nice, but the hot tubs were not always hot. The pool was comfortable, with plenty of chairs, and the beach was easy to access. Although it looks like you have to go through the water to get to the beach, there is a path around it. Easy access to everything and a short walk (or bike ride) to the village center (1.25 miles). We saw dolphins from the pier and definitely stopped at Palmer's. Weekends were definitely more crowded, but nothing intrusive.

This unit was perfect for myself & three friends for our three-night girls’ getaway. The view is great. The walk to the beach isn’t the most fun, but totally doable. Check in / check out process could not have been any easier. Thank you :)
