Welcome to your coastal escape at Sunset Vistas Resort! This beautifully updated condo offers an open-concept comfort and partial water views from your private balcony. This isn`t just a stay — it`s a lifestyle at its finest.

From the front entry, the open layout flows seamlessly from the kitchen into the living area, all framed by a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that fill the space with natural light. The chef`s kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy partial Gulf views as your backdrop. The balcony also opens into the spacious master suite, featuring a plush king bed and coastal-inspired decor. The master bath, with a granite vanity, opens both to the master suite and to the hallway — not quite a Jack-and-Jill setup, but just steps away for easy convenience for guests in the second bedroom. A separate half bath is also available for guests. The guest bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

Resort amenities are afforded to our guest, including a geothermal heated beachfront pool, children`s pool, 2 whirlpool spas, a tiki bar, on-site café, convenience store, fitness center, bicycle rentals and business center — all set on a beautifully landscaped property directly on the sugary white sands of the Gulf.

Treasure Island retains an `Old Florida` charm, with nearby John`s Pass offering shopping, additional restaurants, and water sports activities. The Beach Trolley runs up and down Gulf Boulevard, providing easy, affordable access to all of Pinellas County`s beaches.


Guests will have access to the full condo, along with most of the resort amenities at Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites. This includes the beachfront geo-thermal heated pool, hot tub, and kids` zero-entry pool, plus direct access to the white sands of Treasure Island beach.

Additional on-site amenities include a fitness center, bike rental, Tiki bar, and café/restaurant — perfect for grabbing a quick bite or having dinner with a full menu and featuring house made pastas and specialty drinks, without leaving the property.

The resort provides one (1) parking space per reservation. Parking is limited, and additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Guests also have access to the resort`s public Wi-Fi and basic cable TV channels. Please note: streaming apps are not currently available on the TVs.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

Beach Gear: For your convenience, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to make trips to the sand easy and enjoyable.

Parking: The resort allows one (1) vehicle per reservation only. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated due to limited parking.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided through the resort and is a shared/public network operated by the property.

Television: TVs include basic cable channels only. Streaming services are not available on the televisions.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
