Welcome to the Turquoise Mermaid at White Sands! This adorable cottage is just a few steps to the sugary white sand and warm blue waters of Indian Rocks Beach. It captures the charm of an old Florida cottage with it's large front porch and a gazebo on the corner. Yet the inside has been completely renovated with a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces and modern finishes. The vaulted ceiling and bright, welcoming, rooms create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. With 1 bedroom and 1 bath, it is the ideal location for a romantic getaway. However, the sleeper couch makes it perfect for a small family as well. The private back patio is fully fenced in and features an outdoor shower and a picnic table with an umbrella. The Turquoise Mermaid is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for your dream vacation.

Kitchen:
Stainless steel appliances including large french-door refrigerator, glass top stove and microwave. Quartz counter tops, drip coffee maker, basic dishes, cookware, bakeware and utensils. Basic spices, oil, coffee filters and coffee are not always available.

Sleeper sofa with matching chair, smart TV

Bedroom:
Queen size bed, large screen smart TV, closet

Bathroom:
Walk in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet

Important Information

House Rules:

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.

2. No parties or events.

3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.

4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

This cottage provides 1 parking place, in the driveway just west of the cottage.
