Guest Access:
We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self check in code a day before your arrival. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay with us. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

We allow 2 dogs per stay for a fee!

If you're interested in heating the pool during your stay, we offer this feature for an additional $40 per day. Please ensure you request this service in advance and pre-pay. The pool is heated to a comfortable 85°F, though its effectiveness can vary with the weather conditions.

Additionally, please be aware that our pool and landscaping maintenance are handled by external contractors. Pool maintenance occurs every Thursday, and yard maintenance is carried out every Saturday. While you may notice maintenance personnel during your stay, the exact timing of their work can vary. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding their presence.

Mindful House Rules:
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated fire pit area.
- We cherish tranquility, so please no loud music and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.
- Please supervise children at all times, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

Parking and Consideration:
- Parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Kindly avoid parking in front of the neighbors.
