Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just 2.5 Miles from St. Pete Beach and 6 miles to Downtown St. Petersburg

Kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave & refrigerator, pots/pans, plates and silverware. Three queen beds & onebunk beds Washer/Dryer

Large fenced-in patio, grill, fire pit

No pets. No smoking or vaping on the premises!

The space

Kitchen is fully stocked with pot, pan, utensils, grilling utensils, wine opener, starter pack of Keurig cups, starter pack of paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent. Refrigerator has automatic ice maker. Coffee pot and toaster. Some cleaning supplies under sink.

Bathroom towels will be kept under the bathrooms sinks along with starter package of toilet paper. Bathrooms will also have large sharable body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and family room. Wifi on site but No cable. You may log into your personal streaming accounts. Extra batteries in the kitchen drawer.

Laundry room has misc items: Portable fan and extension cord, broom, vacuum, mop, and misc toiletries.

Two air-conditioning units. Main unit in hall. The other wall unit with remote is in primary suite.

Beach supplies: Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels, and cooler in large walk in closet.

Pack-N-Play with clean sheets in Primary Closet.

Guest access

Electronic lock on front door. Guests will receive personal code on the day of check-in

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Do not park in the grass.

Other things to note

Lawn care comes once a week and will need access to the entire outdoor premise for about 30 minutes to maintain the lawn and palm trees in the back patio. They come through the side gate.

Please be honest about the number of guests and do not bring pets on the premise.

Unexpected/unapproved guests must leave by 11:00pm. Additional charges will occur if the number of guests is different than what was presented to host at time of reservation. Typically additional guests is no problem however host needs to be prepared as to how to prepare for cleaning and supplies needed.

I have a no-pet policy.

I do abide by service animal policy. Please just be upfront and honest.

Trash day is Thursday. If you are a guest and physically able to take trash to curb, I request that the guest please take trash to the curb on Wednesday evening. If not, someone will come through the side gate to get the trash and take it to the curb.

Pinellas county quiet hours are 10pm-9am.

No smoking.

Please wipe off grill grates after each use. Turn off propane to grill and fire pit when not in use.

Please leave the house as you found it. Do not rearrange the furniture and please place all trash into the trash cans. There are 7 trash cans on site.

There are two fire extinguishers. One is under the kitchen sink and one is in the laundry room.
