The island seats 4, making it easy to grab breakfast or chat while someone cooks. It`s stocked with pots and pans, a knife block, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking dishes, a Ninja blender, a toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you`ll need. The coffee station is ready for your morning routine with a Keurig with K-Cups, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Traveling with little ones? Baby plates, utensils, and bibs are provided.

The dining room features a modern table seating up to 8, ideal for family dinners and game nights. A slow cooker and serving pitchers are also available for larger meals.

The laundry area includes a new Samsung washer and dryer, a steam iron, detergent, and dryer sheets. The driveway fits up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions and your personal door code will be sent before check-in. You`ll have private access to the entire home, pool, and backyard. Some closets are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked.

The pool does not have a safety fence, so please keep children supervised in the backyard at all times. The property provides a propane tank for the grill. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or near outdoor furniture. Outside contractors maintain the pool and landscaping, so you may see authorized personnel working in the backyard during your stay. We`re unable to predict their exact arrival times and appreciate your understanding.
