Really bad area! Didn't feel safe. Dryer does not work. The hotel can really use some renovation. Not planning to stay there again!

no "quality" in Quality Inn

Our overall stay was at most a 2 star rating. I would of liked Quality Inn to actually be considered "quality". I wont judge the area because obviously they can't fix that but, I'll gladly give a review on this hotel. I expected our stay to be considered "quality" but it was not. The shower head had soap scum, the tile inside was dirty with mildew, I found a few trash items from a prior guest, we killed cockroaches in the room, the "pillowtop" was a padding sheet that is supposed to be for a full size mattress at most queen size mattress and we had a king size bed. The location said no smoking but it still smelled like cigarettes and we would see people smoking. But to finish it all up we were mandated to eat in the lobby only and not take the food out of the lobby, which makes no sense to because I could bring groceries up but not breakfast. The front desk staff was consistently on her phone, but was attentive to the guest so its wrong for hospitality purposes and professionalism, but it was too bad. I just truly am not satisfied with the stay "quality" should be emphasized its thats the Hotels name. I did not complain to the management because to me its not that I want a refund I just want my moneys worth. So I would recommend this hotel if you just need to sleep and then get back on the road but to actually have a mini vacation, NO !!! its not worth almost $100 a night.

We found two enormous urine stains on the mattress pad and the night staff wasn't able to provide us with clean king sized linens for our room. So we had to use queen.

Nice hotel for the price. They use Tropicana in the title...buts it's 3 miles away...it's not really close to Trop. I reserved the hotel with pay at hotel option. I got a call at 2 that afternoon from the hotel desk saying they were booked and they needed to go ahead and bill my card...thought that was a little odd...that's never happened to me before with hotels.Com reservation.

Worst hotel ever!

This was a horrible place that smelled. We did not stay we left is was scary and it smelled sooo bad. We asked the guy at the desk about getting the bus to the Rays game he said he would not recommend it so that tells you all about the location. Room was dirty and bathroom was horrible. We did not stay and drive back to Orlando. We paided $143.00 for nothing. Your site does not give refunds if we don't cancel 24 hours in advance won't be using this again! Nasty!

We stay here quite often. Great place for the money. Christy at the front desk is super nice and helpful. Plus this hotel allows pets with no breed restrictions !!!!!!

Originally reserved 2 rooms with request they be adjacent. We were given 2 rooms on same floor, but not near each other. One room had a lock that did not work. Manager had to open the door. Lock could not be fixed to work reliably. We had to cancel that room, and share the other room with relative. There was only one person working when we checked in around 5pm. She made a great effort to check in guests, answer the phone, and answer questions from other guests. I would have expected more adequate personnel during check-in hours like 3pm to 8pm. However, the person on duty did a great job under tough circumstances.
