Welcome to Orange Blossom Cottage at White Sands! This newly renovated cottage is only a few steps from the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. You will have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Off the entrance is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This cottage features sleek, modern design and comfortable living spaces. The second floor features the bright and welcoming kitchen, dining area, and living room; an ideal space for the whole family to gather. Right off the living room is a balcony with plenty of room to catch the Gulf breeze. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with great views and comfortable spaces. Bright, breezy, and inviting, Orange Blossom Cottage at White Sands is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the best of beach living.

Kitchen:
Stainless Steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker and a full-size stove and oven. Drip coffee maker, toaster, basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Table:
Large dining table with seating for 8.

Living room:
Sleeper couch; large smart TV

Half Bath (at top of stairs):
Pedestal sink and toilet

Third Floor

Primary Bedroom:
King bed; Large, smart TV; double closets; full-size sleeper couch

Important Information

House Rules:

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: There is one parking space located next to the patio and labelled #3. There is NO guest parking.
