Guest Access:
You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.

Getting Around:
Sea Drift Oasis offers convenient access to various transportation options. For those arriving by air, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 30 miles away, with a drive time of around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Parking is readily available with free parking on the premises, including a driveway and garage, ensuring ample space for your vehicles. While public transportation options within Crystal Beach are limited, ride-sharing services are easily accessible. The property's location near major roadways facilitates easy access to nearby towns and attractions.

• PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation.
• POOL HEATER: The pool is equipped with a residential pool heater, which is designed to increase the water temperature by approximately 20–25°F above the current outdoor temperature.
Please note:
During cold weather or overnight low temperatures, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain higher temperatures (such as 85°F).
Heating the pool can take several hours or even a full day, depending on weather conditions, wind, and initial water temperature.
Heater performance is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed during colder days.
If the pool temperature is 20–25°F warmer than the outside temperature, the heater is considered to be working properly.
