This ALL NEW, 4 bedroom/4 FULL bath waterfront villa will take your breath away with its exceptional open water views (NOT on a narrow canal directly facing other homes. Look closely at the photos in other listings

Enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphins from the dock, sip cocktails at the pool, enjoy a soak in the hot tub... this is waterfront living at its best. With over 2,000 SF of space, this beautifully appointed home is the one you’ve been searching for!

MAIN LIVING ROOM: A wall of windows overlooking the pool and Intracoastal Waterway provides you with endless soul-soothing views throughout the main living space. Furnished with a comfy sectional sofa and 70” Smart TV for movie night or watching the big game. Also featuring a separate seating area with a regulation-size foosball table.

OPEN FLOOR PLAN KITCHEN/GATHERING/DINING AREA: Kitchen peninsula with 4 barstools and an adjacent conversation area (sofa & 2 chairs) allows everyone to gather and talk about the day's events as you prepare meals together. All new stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and range), equipped with 4-slice toaster, blender, 14-cup drip coffee maker and all the pots & pans, dishes, utensils and drinkware you’ll need for creating memorable meals.

DOCK: Don't waste money on a crowded boat tour
everyday you can watch dolphins and catch fish from the comfort of your own private waterfront dock. This will become your new favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. *Note there is no boat or jet ski docking available.

HOUSE RULES:

1. QUIET ENJOYMENT OF THE OUTDOOR SPACES: This home is located in an upscale residential neighborhood, not in the Tourist/Hotel Zone. The neighbors are full-time residents with the expectation of the peaceful enjoyment of their homes and outdoor spaces both day and evening. As such, disruptive noise (yelling/ shouting, loud music) is not allowed in the pool/patio/hot tub area at any time. Guests choose this villa for its serene and peaceful environment. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to talk with us about it before confirming your booking.
2. NO EVENTS: Any gathering of more than 12 people (including overnight guests and day visitors combined) must be discussed in advance. Again, if you have questions about this, just ask. :)
3. Guests who are bringing pets (including Service Animals) must sign our Pet Policy. Please notify us in advance of any pets or service animals, including those of any visitors.
4. Minimum Age Requirement - the guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay (i.e. adults may not rent the property on behalf of others under the age of 25 and not be actively present).
5. No smoking/vaping indoors and no illegal substances anywhere on the property.
6. No sand in the house or pool, please.
7. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate the golf cart. For liability and damage deposit purposes, you will also be asked to sign a waiver and provide proof of auto insurance.
8.Docking, launching, embarking or disembarking of boats or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
9. Parking: This property has ample parking, but we prefer no more than 3 vehicles if possible. Please notify us in advance if you will have more than 3 vehicles at any time (including any visitors). Local ordinances prohibit parking boats, jet skis, trailers or RV’s at vacation rental properties. Please do not bring these types of vehicles.
10. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event your plans change for any reason. This is particularly important from July through November (hurricane season). No refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations (unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered).

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:
A throwback to old Florida, Indian Rocks Beach is the quintessential “beach town.” A beautiful, dune-lined expanse dotted with small motels, vacation cottages and rental condos, it’s the beach that your grandparents took your parents to for vacation. After a day of sunbathing at the pool or beach, relax at some of the best local restaurants and bars in the area or browse the many small boutiques, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in this charming and laid-back village.
Also check out Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (a scenic park with a boardwalk through a lush mangrove), Kolb Park (tennis courts, playground and skateboard park) and nearby attractions like the Clearwater Aquarium, Florida Botanical Gardens, John’s Pass Village, Sunken Gardens and downtown St. Petersburg.

Waterfront in IRB

The home was recently renovated and was perfect for our family spring getaway. The home was ‘as-advertised’ with comfortable furniture and beautiful patio/pool right on the water. The home had a great location on the water to relax and watch the boats, dolphins, and even a few manatees
or even fish which we enjoyed right from the dock. Well-organized, pleasant host had great instructions for the home and was easily reachable if needed (we had no issues). The availability of a golf cart was a plus to take to local restaurants, shops, or beach.

Extraordinaire

Beautiful home that is super spacious and very clean. The outside area was spectacular with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and view-we even got to see dolphins! Super easy check in and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The golf cart was an added super bonus. The house was close to everything we needed. We will definitely come back when we can stay longer and use all the other stuff that is included with the house.
