Relax in your own private, screened pool oasis! This charming 1,200 sq. ft. home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac just 10 miles from Indian Rocks Beach. With peaceful pond views and a fun-filled game room, it’s the perfect home base for families or small groups exploring the Gulf Coast. 🌊✨

🔥 Optional Pool Heating:
Available November 1 – April 30 for $35 per day (full stay only).
Must be requested 3 days prior to arrival.
Heated to 85°F. Note: Electric heaters are limited by outdoor temps; no refunds for cold-weather performance. 🌡️

The house was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool area even though it was a little too cool to swim. The house is close to anything that you need and just a short drive to St. Petersburg and all that area has to offer. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely return hopefully on our next visit.

Perfect Getaway!

Overall. It was ok.Positives: spacious, good communication with owner reps, pool was good( warm and clean). Laundry and dishwasher pods were provided. Full AC control. Needs improvement: additional towels for the stay. Zero condiments provided. Things like salt and pepper have always been provided at other Vrbo units. Outdoor furniture was not usable. Broken and stained Cushions.

I booked for a family vacation. The house was perfect for grandparents, my 1 year old and myself. The location was perfect. The pool was not very warm when we first arrived. I sent an email and received a response very quickly and they sent someone over to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend this home!

Great Location

We loved our stay at this house! The location was perfect for us as we came to see a friends band play 3 miles away at OCC Roadhouse. The house is in a very nice residential neighborhood and there is a grocery store 2 miles away. Quiet neighborhood and perfect location with a pool to float in all day. I loved watching the ducks and other wildlife out the kitchen slider while having my morning coffee. It was a little slice of paradise.

Immaculate, quiet, and relaxing

The house was immaculately kept, very clean, comfortable, and pleasantly furnished. The area was incredibly quiet. I was in the area for a research conference and it was so relaxing to come back this house and pool. The quietness allowed me wind down after a long days at the conference. I highly recommend this property for whatever reason brings you to the area. I will certainly stay here again, if available, next year when I return.

Beautiful home

We love this house. Clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The pond behind the house provided a peaceful setting. The birds were a bit noisy at times but they were entertaining. Pool was warm and spotless. We will definitely return.

We were pretty happy with everything except the pool. There is no rail to help you in and out of the pool. We were also unsure of the doorwall locks. The shower off the master suite drips constantly.

Perfect Location

From this location we were able to access the beach, the downtown convention center and Raymond James Stadium with ease! We felt safe in the neighborhood and there are plenty of places to gas up and grab coffee near by. The house was the perfect size with enough bathrooms, counter space and dining areas. The private pool was a highlight!

Great location

From Indiana to Florida for vacation. The house was really clean. Beds are comfortable and linens fresh. The heated pool was great! The location is perfect. You’re basically in the middle of everything. Drive 25 mins east to Tampa, 20 mins west to Clearwater, 30 mins south to John’s pass, 40 mins south to Ft Desoto. Rated it a 4 because the 2nd bedroom window did not lock. I had to secure it myself, which I let them know. Stay at this house you’ll love it!
