Beachfront 2/2 on Treasure Island, 404W Oceana

This 2-bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo sits directly on Treasure Island Beach! Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. There is a front desk to check in at, and Oceana's $40 plus tax daily stay fee is included in your booking price.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 1 parking spot comes with the reservation, and it is an assigned parking spot. We will not be able to help you find parking for any additional cars.

Great location on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. St. Johns Pass is very close!

So many places close to the complex and a trolley is available at a nominal fee.

404W at Oceana in Treasure Island is the perfect destination for your visit to the white sandy beach at Treasure Island. From the 4th floor balcony, enjoy the fabulous view of surf, sand, and the unbelievably lovely sunsets! There is a sand rinse off station on the 4th floor, directly outside the 404W unit, so as to keep the unit free of excess sand! There is an inground pool as well! Daily/nightly dock rentals can be reserved and paid for through Oceana Provident directly.

There is a Beach Equipment rental on the beach! Check in across the street at Oceana West building on the second floor between 9am-9pm daily. Arrivals outside of this timeframe will be given an off-site, yet close by, address for your check in.

Travelers' insurance is recommended. There are no grills at this property. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.

Pull out Sofa Bed located in the living room.

Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Great location

Check-in is super easy. The condo is exactly as advertised. Host made sure we had everything we needed for the beach: chairs, cooler, umbrella, toys, towels. Accommodations were comfortable. The only drawback is the parking space. If you drive anything larger than a small SUV (I drive a CRV), you will not fit in the space provided. The allotted space is very narrow and is next to a wall. Other spaces seem to be more generous.

Relaxing weekend!

I booked this condo originally for a gymnastics meet that was canceled after hurricane Helene. I was unable to cancel my booking due to the rental policy and the insurance company wouldn’t refund me either unless the condo was inoperable within 30 days of my trip, or other last minute emergencies. The owner offered to let me change my dates, but we already had other trips planned and couldn’t squeeze another trip in. So we kept our original dates and had a nice relaxing weekend at the beach. After the initial frustration of not being able to cancel or rebook, the condo and Treasure Island did not disappoint! The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, including plenty of beach gear. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra linens and towels. I was impressed with how well the area has recovered from Helene and they seemed eager to welcome tourists back. There was plenty for us to do. Restaurants and shops were open and it was a great weekend!

My husband and I booked a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier. The unit has a gorgeous view, it was super clean and had everything we needed. Our 3 days were a little chilly but sitting on the deck was just perfect. The pool was not yet working but the elevator was. We would definitely stay again. It was the perfect size for 2-4 people.

Best vacation of 12 years!!!

We have traveled to the Gulf Coast beaches for vacation for the last 12 years and this is our best experience by far! The property is beautiful and just the right size for our little romantic getaway. The beach was not over populated but still had access to amenities like cabanas and chairs to rent. The unit itself has a closet full of beach necessities. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for offering two options for coffee making!!! The parking is tight as described but doable. Allow your passengers to exit the vehicle before parking. Easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and activities off property. The couch is perfect for naps and balcony boasts a beautiful full view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. We will return to this property as soon as we can. .

Great beachfront stay!

We booked this condo at the last minute and loved it! Beautiful unit, all the amenities you need for days at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler etc. The rental cabanas right out front were perfect. The beach was gorgeous. Only tricky part is the one parking spot included is right next to the wall and a pole so our minivan barely fit. But would love to come again.

Great stay! Beautiful place right on the beach with sandy beaches and blue water. Loved it. Management was very responsive and helpful during my stay can easily walk to some fun restaurants like caddies or take a Lyft. one thing, beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you need for the beach is provided, but if you’re looking to cook, there is nothing. No leftover oil or salt and pepper. We were out the whole time but for those looking to take advantage of the kitchen just a helpful note.

Cannot beat the location - it is a quieter spot on the beach than a half a mile down, where the beach trail starts. Loved being able to rent a cabana, $40/day with two lounge chairs. Condo was well stocked with everything needed for those that like to cook. And that couch... doesn't look like anything special, but it really sucks you in! All of us had nice naps on it :-)

Enjoyable Getaway

Our family enjoyed the condo, beach and pool area. The condo was clean and updated. The balcony view was beautiful. The parking space was tight, but we knew that ahead of time. The only thing that was missing that we expected to have were shampoos and soap for the bathrooms.
