Smoking nor drug use is permitted.
Children are welcomed.
Parking in front of the house on the street only, please.
No parking in the back alley, please.
Quiet hours are 11PM to 7AM Please be respectful of neighbors.
Please make sure all trash is bagged and placed into the black garbage can in the back alleyway.
Make sure gates close and shut when you come back into the yard.
This house is extremely well kept and courtesy is expected.
There is a shed on the side of the garage out back that has pool toys, golf clubs, golf balls, etc. Please put them back in a neat manner when you are done using them as they are provided for a courtesy.
The beach towels are also a courtesy. Please launder them and place them back on your departure.
