The bright, open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Shaker-style cabinetry, and a coffee station. Whether you`re preparing breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner at home, you`ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable with 80+ channels, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and softened, UV-purified, reverse-osmosis water.

Joyful Sun is part of a duplex property (also privately occupied for the majority of the year) located approximately 1.5 miles from the beach. You`ll be close to all the fun while still having a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.

The shed in the backyard has beach items and games. Please put them back neatly when you are done using them, as they are provided as a courtesy.
