Located in the heart of Historic Uptown, just one mile (5 minute drive) from downtown St Petersburg and 10 miles (15-20 min drive) from the Gulf Beaches, this upstairs 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is fully furnished for long-term stays. The apartment features dedicated off street parking, laundry room on site, central HVAC, fully equipped kitchen, queen sized bed, and pull out sleeper sofa for a max of 4 guests, 50" Roku smart TV, well-equipped kitchen with full size fridge, Keurig, and range.
The property is professionally managed by Copeland Morgan LLC, a local property management company. They maintain a 24/7 hotline.
The apartment is located in Historic Uptown, just off 4th Street and 9th Ave N. The apartment is about 2 blocks from Starbucks in one direction and two blocks from The Bier Boutique & Historic Round Lake Park in the other direction.
