The Space:

This beautifully renovated single-level home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for families and groups. The primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and pool views. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full over queen bunk bed, all equipped with TVs. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with island seating and a dining area for eight. The backyard is a private oasis with a heated swimming pool, mini-golf, a fire pit, a grill, and lounge seating. Indoors, the dedicated game room provides endless entertainment with a PlayStation 5, arcade machine, karaoke, and a popcorn maker. Located just minutes from Madeira Beach and St. Pete Beach, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire single level home and its surrounding grounds. You are welcome to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the spacious living room, and the dedicated game room. Outdoors, you have exclusive use of the private swimming pool, the relaxing patio area, and the large backyard, perfect for unwinding. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the home features a private entrance for your convenience, and all indoor and outdoor spaces are reserved strictly for your group during your stay.

Within a short fifteen minute drive, you can reach the pristine sands of Madeira Beach and St. Pete Beach, where you can enjoy world class water sports, fishing, and sunset strolls. The neighborhood provides easy access to a variety of local shopping centers and diverse dining options ranging from casual beachside cafes to refined local restaurants. Whether you are looking to spend your days at the beach or exploring the nearby parks and attractions, everything you need is just a quick drive away.



Getting Around:

Transportation is convenient whether you utilize a personal vehicle or a rideshare service. Our property provides driveway parking for up to three vehicles, ensuring ample space for your needs. For guests arriving by air, the property is located approximately 25 minutes from Saint Pete Clearwater International Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport, depending on local traffic conditions.



Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool and Property Guidelines. Our pool is heated to approximately 85 degrees Fahrenheit at no extra cost. Please note that as the heater uses a heat pump, the final water temperature depends on outside weather conditions and may fluctuate during colder periods. No refunds are issued for temperature variations. Routine pool maintenance occurs every Monday and Friday. Technicians may require brief access to the backyard during these times. We are a pet friendly property and welcome up to 3 pets per stay for an additional fee, provided they are included in your reservation. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requests can be made and are subject to availability confirmed the day before your stay.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill or fire pit on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need. There is no pool light.
